26/11/2013 10:07 | yump, re trades and price movement. It was like that when I bought into ACM a while ago. A fund was building a sizeable stake but you didn't see the buying trades on ADVFN. As usual the ordinary punters will find out last. Mo | mo123
25/11/2013 17:18 | Forgot that. So they obviously didn't sell into the market then. Curious rise today. Perhaps I'll stick a biggish order in at some point and see if it hikes the price. | yump
25/11/2013 16:50 | yump....Even if a director sells or buys just one share they need to advise the market immediately with a holdings announcement. The percentage points and other triggers do not count. | davidosh
25/11/2013 16:37 | Surely 638 shares can't make the price go up ? | yump
22/11/2013 13:07 | Have to see if there's any holdings announcments at some point then, although presumably any company running a share buy back could have directors with options who sell moderately into the market without triggering holdings RNS's. | yump
22/11/2013 11:42 | Yump... I posted in June that the share buyback may be offset with the directors options getting exercised at the same time. i.e. artificially keeping a price up while selling into the market whilst this will ultimately benefit us in that our % will again be restored after shares were issued to buy companies., I cant help thinking that this is a stitch up, using our funds to let them sell into the market without the share price getting mullered as we know it can on this illiquid stock. Not moved much has it, despite some large buys????/ I am very suspicious of this! | minuteman
20/11/2013 21:25 | Well, you can certainly buy Yump.. the interim's look pretty good.. and very much different proposition from the Documedia days.. Personally, I do like share buybacks.. Rightmove seems to have a monopoly on that.. saffy.. | safman
20/11/2013 08:49 | My fingers hovered over the buy button last couple of days but probably got enough of them, I think, maybe, dunno groan ;-) | yump
19/11/2013 15:07 | sp is in no-man's land at the moment, so wondering if its one of those chart flags that only lasts a week or so... | yump
19/11/2013 14:59 | As operational leverage kicks in, share buy backs continue then this will IMO continue to look even better value....ebitda wise this is beginning to look compelling and am in for ride.... | qs99
18/11/2013 17:14 | How do you mean ? - they've already started ? I guess ultimately it just puts up the eps by 10% if fully used. | yump
18/11/2013 16:54 | I hope these trades today are not indicative of how this share buy back is going. I posted on this in June | minuteman
16/11/2013 13:11 | Cheers minuteman. Had a close look at the brief interview sammy. I was drawn to two bits where it was stated that "All businesses performing in a strong manner" and that there will be "significant operational gearing benefits". Sounds like the statements from a co. that sees good prospects ahead. Mo | mo123

13/11/2013 13:24 | luanorte75 I assume that its a case of a smallish company needing to prove itself before any sort of substantial rerating. Not unusual to have a current year p/e of only around 10 if a previously unproven company has had a bad few years. It all looked a fairly rosy future before the recession. In retrospect, Ravensworth was acquired with bad timing and only now are the benefits likely to show up properly. For my part I was also a bit unclear what their strategy was, but it seems pretty clear now - they've done a fair old landgrap on a section of the on-demand printing / brand industry, integrating the front end marketing with the back end printing. I'd be guessing, but the involvement with print across lots of customers will presumably give more opportunities for introducing Snowball to the larger corporates. | yump
13/11/2013 10:20 | Only bought in yesterday so do not know too much about the company. I assume that this is the same snowball partnering with a subsidiary of MasterCard. hxxp://payments.bank | mo123
13/11/2013 09:51 | Well chaps. After over 12 years holding these, we really look like we are going to have a proper business, making proper profits! The share buy back should be excellent for the price, if bought from the open market and not say from Mr Green directly. You can only keep doing the right things in business and the price will "eventually" look after itself. TNG has always seemed to lag in terms of price but as eps and ROI keep improving, it will start getting under the noses of institutions looking for small growth companies and the price will in turn lift. Ravensworth, killed us for a few years after the housing slump, but with its infrastructure in place now and all guns blazing from each of the group companies, its looking like having its day in the sun .....at last! | minuteman
12/11/2013 18:35 | Yump - Why is the share price so low when the company is profitable and has excellent potential? What in your view should be true share price value and what happening with the share buyback? | luanorte75
12/11/2013 11:40 | Current forecast is for 0.61p eps to Feb 14 and they've done 0.4 already. Given the comments about the second half, that's got to be upgraded soon. Profits from Ravensworth in particular, as you'd expect, are geared quite strongly to upturns in activity. Presumably the usual sales/overheads that you get with any production facility. | yump
11/11/2013 09:25 | Yep. And it still trades for 0.79% of NAV (book value)! | jswjsw
11/11/2013 09:01 | We can all give ourselves a pat on the back for buying at the most psychologically difficult time on the chart. I've worried a few times over why the share price dropped so much from 11p area. Just have to keep the notice up on the PC that says 'buy low, sell high' ;-) | yump
11/11/2013 09:00 | 50% - yes 50 - improvement to continue. TNG going to transform itself over next years. FTSE??!! | jswjsw
11/11/2013 08:58 | Labour Party signed up with Snowball B2B for 5 years!! FY to be even more. Can't wait for the buybacks to start! They have taken dispensation route to buy more then 25% of average daily volume!! Fantastic little co!!! | jswjsw
11/11/2013 08:12 | Nice move up on Interims and buy back news ! | cheshire man |
