There is no way you can put such a precise figure on fair value, which in any case depends on the aims of various assorted investors; some want growth, some capital growth, some want to buy and forget, some want short term price action etc.

In my view the share price should reach new highs as the company both pays a good yield and is growing.

Yes - becoming a well diversified group and chart looking very strong.

Ideal for my ISAs!

Has Stobart found the sector that will fuel future growth?

I sold mine after the last update as I was a little bit worried about the tone of it. Transport looks to be doing well, but they sounded like they were giving a bit of a warning that Southend Airport, whilst obviously high quality, might struggle to repay the investment they have put into it. I'm also a bit worried about the wider market and how it will respond to what is going on in Syria.

I am hoping to see a drop to let me get back in again, but if it goes up further I will have missed the boat (or truck!) on this one.

I'm glad I didn't short when they were mid 90's, but reckon market sentiment is now ahead of itself in relation to where they currently are. If they hit 120p then I would be seriously tempted. Their future lies in Southend airport and being able to attract more airlines to use it.

Solid update; steady progress.

Still undervalued although not as much as it was in April when I bought when it was 80p

Could be wrong, but I don't think so. I think it's just undervalued in a market of overvalued stocks. I'm having real problems identifying stocks that seem cheap at the moment. Almost all my portfolio is in Stobart (bought below 90p) and Helphire (which is going really well).

Ideally I would like to know of any companies with low, or no, debt and making profit, but with a low PE. Any thoughts?and I know that Stobart doesn't fit that model!

Another good day here. Must be something driving this rise other than the general market. 120p looking easily in sight and then hopefully a more steady rise back towards 150p where I would be tempted to sell.

Still plenty of Stob Trucks on the highways and byways involved in many and various aspects of road haulage. Southend airport has taken off well (no pun intended). Anyone travelling the A9 through Scotland will often be passed on the adjacent main north/south rail link by long lengths of railway freight all bearing the Stobart logo.
So all well work wise - just wish that heirachy could get their act together and then the flow of Transport business would be reflected in the share price - hopefully!

These are now at the price I sold out at a few weeks back. Trend has been get to just below £1 and then fall to 80p and come back again. Seriously flirting with taking a short on this. Not saying its a bad company, but just unloved by the market whcih can't make up its mind
