yes although its hard we have got to remain positive and look at the facts we know, 3 big guns signed up and the hopefully if he is the negotiator in this our main man and deal maker mr lyon bringing this all to a great conclusion. just got to trust what we have been told in the rns's and hope the bod have our best interests at heart by keeping us in the dark. a lot of folk are playing for big stakes invested here, this is life changing money for a lot of us if this comes off and that is what's making folk a touch nervous.

'Htrocka..dont fuss yourself over sirius releasing, any sensitive imfo....'

The strange irony is that every one on this board knows what all the sensitive information is.......all we want is for the company to confirm it.

ps....did some one say earlier that a 5m share order is waiting to be filled....I think it'd just been filled.

Htrocka..dont fuss yourself over sirius releasing, any sensitive imfo. When the time is right the share price will be shunted north in anticipation of something significant, all part of a schedule and process. It is hugely frustrating but someone or group has their hands on mucho plenty sirius shares and its obvious to me that they will have control over the destiny of those shares.clock keeps on ticking.

Having said that... there are points that I feel are not 'price sensitive' that they could release....for instance, they confirmed in previous rns's that they need to change into a 'Production Company' from the current 'Investment' status. When this occurs....will they then follow Seplat's example and list on the Nigerian Stock Exchange along side their London Listing?.

'Lagos and London, 23 March 2017: Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc, a leading Nigerian indigenous oil and gas company listed on both the Nigeria Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange, today announces that it will issue its Full Year 2016 Financial Results on Thursday 30 March'

You could, of course, look at Bobo's presentation the other way around. Thus, there was no slip of the tongue when he mentioned "Rigs" not rig and "cash generative by years's end". These could have been edited out or, if questions were known, might not have been put into a scripted answer if not true.

Thus, doogster, I did not know the BoD planned to be cash generative by end of the year and I think it was (very good)news to all. If you read Fazer's transcript there are other nice nuggets in there.

Not time nor detail sensitive so not an inside tip, just a nice update from our head honcho. He went as far as could to give us a decent heads up, IMHO. Not the RNS we are waiting but worth doing.

Exactly HT...which begs the question ...why bother doing it?....lets be honest most of us here "know" of sorts ....what is likely to be coming....its not rocket science reading recent RNS's....so why not just get on with thejob in hand, get to real news and release it

I feel your pain X1000....the 3 biggies is why im sure we are all still here. That certainly gave me a little more confidence. But for me if theres something to say... say it via RNS

They did It on purpose to get people to sell so the insiders could clean up and do cheaper tax saving transfers

thedoogster, I agree: the Investor Show appearance rattled my confidence and smacked of desperation as does Vox. Deliberate ploy or genuine desperation ???? Yet the story doesn't fit with the 3 biggies involved. But WTFDIK ?

Agree Witchy....If the BOD think the best way to give information and confidence is through Vox they are deluded. Thi only helps investors to lose confidence

RNS is the only method to communicate news. VOX is something else altogether

Just had a look on twitter and saw that Chris Neal signed up to Vox. The PR campaign continues....."Rod, we believe Voc is an effective way to communicate news , as to frequency we will always issue as and when something definitive happens."

one of the "experts" on twitter rekon there is a 5 million buy order being filled here, thats on top of some that were being filled yesterday they claim, not that you would have thought it looking at current share price.

I feel that it's important to add that between November 2015 and July 2016, Cantors SRSP's price target was 1p, while the shares were languishing between 0.3p and 0.4p....did any one believe them?....apparently not many....needless to say they surpassed the price. Is history about to repeat itself?

Some posters on this board have complained about the current share price and lack of upward momentum...trust me on this one, fortunes have already been made on this share........keep your eyes on the prize.

o/t...
Sound Energy had an rns this morning and while taking a quick look at it I couldn't help but notice that Cantor had given them a price target of 94p, they're currently trading at about 83.5p as I write. Cantor seemed to be on the ball with Sound Energy with the share price trading within 12% of their target......SRSP are currently 200% below Cantors target. Some might argue that maybe Cantor got this wrong...but the 'SOUND' target suggests otherwise.

I'd just like to add the rns info that accompanied the 2.3p Cantor Re-iteration dates.

22/Feb/'17...Cancelation of the Calvet Loan and raised £2m for lead in items.......(Cantor reiterates 2.3p target)

19/Dec/'16..£850k more shares and Schlumberger signed up (2.3p reiterated)

18/11/'16..ADD signed up..(2.3p reiterated)

16/11/'16.. COSL signed up..(2.3p reiterated)

14/09/'16..CPR confirmation..(2.3p reiterated)

and CANTOR went from 1p to 2.3p when SRSP abandoned the NIMA deal (that may involved 100's of millions of new shares being issued)

I imagine that within the next twelve or so weeks, we'll have a new target.

Perhaps that is what they are waiting for to see what other marginal fields they can pick up. They would have to prove that they are ready and able to do the job so engaged top names to help and finance in a new and novel way. The only question is how much do they need and when. Hopefully not long now.

SRSP had a very difficult time trying to get off the ground and stay above board in Nigeria, probably one of the reasons it's taken so long is having to negotiate with a corrupt Oil Minister who demanded a slice of every pie that came across her desk.
