The FDP funding of £80m is contained within these resolutions, in association with Schlumberger inputting £50m or so (FMA) in return for a 12% stake. What has just been revealed is a disguised funding exercise.
For it to work, there HAS to be EGM and a 3p share price rerate on assets revealed.

I think they've cracked it. Things are not what they seem. First, take a look at this.
The nominal 0.25p amounts are meaningless btw.

A: Ord res
Allot shares in the Company or grant rights to subscribe for or to convert any security into shares in the Company (“Rights”;) up to an aggregate nominal amount of £4,377,554.
Resolution 6: This is an ordinary resolution to authorise the Directors to allot up to 1,751,021,600 shares, equivalent to approximately 84% of the issued share capital of the Company. 1.75bn x 0.25p = nominal £4.37m.

B: Spec res
B1) Allotment of equity securities up to an aggregate nominal amount of £522,007 in
connection with an offer by way of a rights issue
209m x 0.25p = nominal £522k

B2) equity securities up to an aggregate nominal amount of £462,500 in connection with the exercise of warrants issued in December 2015 in settlement of the cancellation of warrants over 900m shares;
In connecon with the exercise of warrants over 185,000,000 shares x 0.25p = £462,500
Those 185m have an exercise price of 2p and will generate £3.7m

B3) equity securities up to an aggregate nominal amount of £1,305,018 in connection
with the settlement of fees incurred in connection with the provision of oil field services In connection with the settlement of fees incurred in the provision of oil field services, up to 522,007,381 shares x 0.25p = nominal £1,305,018

Today was a strange day regarding share price, mm's drop the price first thing 10% then up pops the rns, then they slip in this 20 million trade at the end. Does anyone know what time this trade took place? why would the mm's take 20 million share sale at a price of 0.45 if this heading down??? or was it a buy that was snuck in with the drop in todays share price that would have bought too much attention if it went through as a proper buy at 0.50??
