Today was a strange day regarding share price, mm's drop the price first thing 10% then up pops the rns, then they slip in this 20 million trade at the end. Does anyone know what time this trade took place? why would the mm's take 20 million share sale at a price of 0.45 if this heading down??? or was it a buy that was snuck in with the drop in todays share price that would have bought too much attention if it went through as a proper buy at 0.50??

Shez - I was indeed positive about last year's resolutions as the proposed Director & Employee warrants was a signal that there was a clear expectation that things would have been wrapped up by now. I suspect that's exactly what Bobo et al were expecting too... But amazingly we're still here without a deal and those resolutions lapsed instead. It was telling I think that there wasn't really anything in today's resolutions obviously connected with the proposed project funding deal (I.e. vote on major change in our business via funding deal which meets RTO criteria).... which leaves those matters to be handled separately via EGM. Look at SLE to see how differing resolutions were voted on at separate AGM & EGM meetings held concurrently on the same day.

Take no notice of the nominal price (par 0.25p)


What is going to happen is this........

1. There will be an EGM taking place prior to 17th Nov.
2. NewCo production Co. will be formed, and assets revealed
3. The share price will rerate to 3p
4. The later approved AGM resolutions are NewCo's funding
5. 185m @ 2p brings in £3.7m, 835m @ 2.5p brings in £21m. Ororo drilling sorted
6. 522m shares are going to Schlumberger, they rep 12% of NewCo. In return, S will
provide jv further funding of up to £50m. This secures the FDP.
7. The remaining 200m, going out at 2.5p, adds £5m


The £15k isa switch is no mistake. Neither is the 20m buy.

Sherlock you said the same thing about last years resolutions and allotment of shares and look where we are at! I agree your scenario is a possibility/probability BUT it's time for the bod to deliver and if we don't get the news in next few weeks everyone at the agm should be giving these lot a very difficult time

aggregate nominal amount of £462,500 in connection with the exercise of warrants issued in
December 2015 in settlement of the cancellation of warrants over 900m shares;


Strand hanson were issued 185000000 warrants end 015 at exercise price of 2 p valid for 3 years worth 3,7 mil
Usually when exercised SRSP should get the money not pay the money
How is the 7.1.2 possible as the share price has been nowhere near 2 p ?
Or does it mean they cancel the 185000000 warrants for 462 k instead of waiting for 3,7 mil
any views ?
