When your certain.......in AIM........one of the most difficult variables.......is time.....your timing. If Doc is certain........then forgive him the timing. Most especially because this Co is driving us all up the pole with lack of info. I'm with Doc. With another Co, he'd nail it, and timing too, if more info was forthcoming. I remember him saying three moths ago, look out for the placing.......that's the final signal.......now we have it! Remember??????

Jim - the ISA probably won't be a 'big boy' but it's likely someone who is still central to the plot here. Every share counts and the difference between holding 3m in a trading account as opposed to a tax-free ISA, will be very significant following a major re-rate

I must say I'm rather happy and relaxed about the way things are progressing. Yes, there'll be 4bn fully diluted, including Schlumberger's jv stake which gives them around 12%.
I wonder who'll be taking those 835m about to be dished? Would Corvus or Havoc take the lot at a rerated starter platform 2.5p knowing full well that total assets revealed would send the share price to 10p, or even a 20p t/o.

835m at a 17.5p gain trousers £120m.


Someone today has picked up 20m at 0.45p from WINS. Go calc their future gain ...

The Bed & ISA trade is significant. Why would someone sitting on these shares have held off doing this transfer for the past 6 months and at more advantageous prices? Could be a very positive signal IMHO.

Whatever people say about Rosso, two facts are true. He constantly wrong on timescales and his single mindedness on the successful outcome here. Others are hot and cold depending on their agenda. I'm not sure how Rosso could rinse and repeat when he's always positive.

For once Mr PR Bick gave out some correct info. There will be an AGM fixed as soon as there is meaningful news to communicate. The Co. knew, on 27 Sept, that they had secured the funding, and gave us Nov 17th.
We have not yet heard the meaningful news.

I think the 20m was what WINS were holding. Who have they passed them onto?

The £15k ISA switch is a giveaway, somebody has made a very smart move.


We await the real revelations prior to the 17th. Expect a brief suspension at some point.
