In this years notice they have said that the £4,377,554 will be allotted at par. Which I guess is 0.25pLack of a strike price tells me they will be offered at par?

Look at Pages 7, 8 of the 2015 AGM notice. The par, nominal figures are all missing. See strike price of 2p. Greenlands 60m went out at 1p (the notional figure would've shown 60m at 0.25p)

I suspect yest proposed equity in question will be issued in due course at a price discounted (say 2.5p) to the new rerated market price (say 3p) based on initial assets revealed

H. Please stop it. There is no £1.035m! There is no £522k! The extra 1.7bn is for real, nonetheless. We have been given no indication of what sums will be raised. Unlike last year's Notice, the figures have been omitted.

The stunt being pulled by these cronies is to issue the 2 Meeting Notices in the wrong order. Cunning. Masters of deception right through to endgame.

Having re-read the notice, I have two questions about the Special Resolutions tabled:7.1.1 will PI's also have an opportunity to take part in the rights issue to raise £522,007?7.1.3 who is to receive the allotment of shares for "oil field services" £1,305,018?As some of us previously suspected, it looks like the share price has been held back to maximise number of shares to be issued to above recipients.

Sp should stick around 45 for a few days. The 20m are being transferred from MM to client and should reappear in some form later this week.

The EGM call could come as late as the 15th Nov. All that ppl need to see ahead of the AGM is an egm notice containing some major proposals to transform the business. The 17th is intended as a rubber stamp affair, with a 75% majority in place to push through the resolutions.

The disingenuous bit yest was the repeated use of the par, nominal 0.25p. This is nothing more than a notional figure. Other than the 185m being issued at 2p, there is no indication what the other placed shares will be set at.

The OSC in question is surely Schlumberger, who will be the main funder, likely 2 other mnals to be added. I take the 522m for S to be basically a sweetener gift in return for putting up the Ororo drilling cash. S gets a 12% stake for its FMA. How much will S put in? At least the $31m that DPR need to see. I suspect that cash has been sitting in escrow since 26 Sept, with FDP and resubmitted well entry permit already approved by the Nigerian authorities. No issue over field licence as £500k brought the extension.

Unfortunately the par values are going to be misinterpreted by the simpletons among us, so there could be a sell-off by disgruntled pis deceived by yest Notice details. Those shares will be snapped up by ITKs. Just sit back, chill, relax. The big news (Ad Doc) will be thrust upon us at some point b4 the AGM takes place. Could arrive at any moment and as late as the day b4 AGM, but it will arrive, be sure, resulting in brief suspension. I think share trading will be suspended for a period, during which both meetings will take place. Good luck all, and see you on the other side. ;)
