17/7/2009 08:42 | Of more concern to shareholders, both current and potential, should be why the money from the proposed funding hasn't been forthcoming. Where's the cash? Negotiations started over four months ago and the required restructuring was approved three weeks ago, so why hasn't the money appeared? Unfortunately the company is on its knees and so presumably those funding have lost interest or are making further demands to take the company from shareholders via the back door. Usually in these situations, if money does eventually arrive, the company proposes to delist from AIM to save itself the listing costs (which would make a big difference, i.e. three months annually, to QTI's survival) because in being restricted to access to funds it isn't benefiting from the listing. | gogoneko
17/7/2009 08:36 | Where do you all come from? Your mass bashing of this share would make people very suspicious, and will only encourage them to buy more as they think you are after their shares. 17/7/2009 08:28 | ... and soon to be five no doubt ... | gogoneko
17/7/2009 08:26 | How many times have you posted that? Three, four? Your post two above and this one are not linked at all and you've still not actually read it though have you numbnuts? Voltea Limited is a UK registered company based in Leiden, The Netherlands. Voltea received initial funding Unilever Ventures who remain the major shareholder. They have been spun out, i.e. no longer receiving funding from Unilever. They are a shareholder, that is all. | toad6
17/7/2009 08:03 | So you've just pwned yourself... Asw I said it is a spinout from Unilever Ventures and nothing whatsoever to do with the plc buiness. Also your post is rather out of date...idiot troll. | toad6
17/7/2009 07:55 | Voltea Desalination Innovation In 2007 EMF joined the Voltea team working on a new desalination technology, called Flow Through Capacitator (FTC). Voltea is a limited company in the portfolio of Unilever Ventures, UK (www.Voltea.com). FTC was invented by Marc Andelman in the USA and his company was purchased by Unilever Ventures. Since 2006 the technology has been further developed by Unilever Ventures and will be in the market by 2010. | ddlooker
17/7/2009 07:42 | Rubbish. Voltea was spun out of Unilever Ventures. Voltea has done NO deal whatsoever with Primary Water (who is Purity Water?) they have signed an non-commercial letter of intent. You haven't got the faintest idea what you're trolling about...Fail. | toad6
17/7/2009 07:38 | Voltea owned funded and run by UNILEVER. Voltea sign deal with Purity Water.Purity Water sign deal with Qonnectis...all this done within the last month. | ddlooker
16/7/2009 21:48 | What a complete and utter numpty you are dd. Has your mummy not tucked you in yet | toad6

16/7/2009 18:29 | Primary Water have not signed a deal with QTI - they've signed a letter of intent. Remember the 'memorandum of understanding' signed with Halma? Purity Water Ltd are specialists in mains filtered watercoolers - they hanen't signed any agreement with QTI. | extrap
16/7/2009 18:27 | Organised! Not really. Experienced at exposing the tactics, trademarks (and stupidity) of shifty pump and dump rampers? Definitely! It's all deja-vu with the share fluctuating wildly - it rises and it falls and with investments elsewhere doing fine it's of no importance what price it's at - at least not to me. What's nice to see though is errors, falsehoods and fantasies by the above genre being suitably addressed. | gogoneko
16/7/2009 18:21 | Unilever are massive! They created and fund Voltea. Voltea have signed a deal with Purity Water. Purity Water have signed a deal with Qonnectis....get my drift? | ddlooker
16/7/2009 18:03 | Wow ! you lot are trying desperately to get this share price down. But it's not working! The more you ridicule the facts the more we see this is one hell of a punt. Methinks you complain too much. There are so many of you,it's obvious you are an organised group of de-rampers. | ddlooker
16/7/2009 16:53 | Also work out how much QTI need to survive another year, at the least, plus R&D now add that up. Next work out a placing at .1p and see just how many shares that equates to, add to the number of shares in issue and you get some idea what your holding will be worth when those shares hit the secondary market. QTI need a share price as high as possible to show a good enough discount to encourage the lender to part with the cash. Right now you buyers are helping QTI to get a deal done while the shrewed money is waiting to see what QTI have on offer, new IP or deals that require finance ect then with dilution out of the way we may well consider it worth while and start buying. By that time all the shaky holders and there are many of them will have sold, at a loss and the price will have tanked. | inside2
16/7/2009 16:34 | From the Trading statement. 'However, in the absence of these funding options being secured, the directors believe the Company will have insufficient funds to continue to trade'. Says it all really. Look at the last results and work out the cash burn, it's very possible they are insolvent right now. | inside2
16/7/2009 16:28 | You have made a very bad judgement and deserve all you get, and who the f@@k are Putity Water? | inside2
16/7/2009 16:15 | What ever way you look at it Putity Water will be working with Voltea who were set up owned and funded by Unilever. Putity Water must think Qonnectis have something they need to sign a letter of intent. Think you will find a lot of people are catching on to the Unilever connection in this. | ddlooker
16/7/2009 15:03 | Exactly! Rather than make a naive assumption why don't you do some proper research and let us know why Primary Water needs Qonnectis. Assuming that the letter of intent wasn't a worthless publicity stunt derived from QTI's desperation for funding, Primary Water think they can get some revenues reselling QTI products so find some evidence that there's at least a reasonable possibility that they will be able to that. I couldn't. | gogoneko
16/7/2009 14:57 | You tell us...you seem to have all the answers but WTF has Purity Waters got to do with QTI performance? Constantly throwing in Unilever when they are none other than a carried shareholder after a spinout... | toad6
16/7/2009 14:37 | OK, why Purity Waters interest in Qonnectis? Why do Purity Water need Qonnectiss when they are doing a deal with Voltea with the backing of Unilever on their big de-salination project? | ddlooker
16/7/2009 13:52 | It's almost as stupid as shammytime's "Who regulates the UK water industry" ramp! | gogoneko |
