Dilution is coming they will have to issue a lot more shares to raise any cash and this will of course create dilution to all the shares....not very good at all the only good is the company will remain and not go bust at the moment.

Buyers are buying because there is a possibility of funding?
That is just about the most stupid thing I have ever heard, do you bimbo's not realise it will delute the share price massively and have you not considered that the CEO has already alerted prospective lenders to the fact that QTI will fold without funding so they know QTI has no option but to accept what is on offer no matter how onerous. Unless there is something, like new ground breaking IP the best she can show is a £20,000 half year t/o and a cash burn that is embarrassing plus a deal with another international reseller after the last one presumably gave up after not producing any sales at all.

If the management had spent as much time and effort getting sales as they have on milking any value left in the share price perhaps QTI would not be in this hole.

Anybody considering buying should do so soon because there's a reasonable chance of a "suspension pending clarification of the company's financial position" RNS. At which point of course it'll be too late to buy any.

That's quite novel. I bet communication with shareholders must be a little tricky though. I might try and give her a ring - just so I know, is it one croak for good news, and two for bad - or vice versa?

Go on, buy a few shares it's the best punt around at the moment. Look at Nipson 0.20 to 1.80 just on restructuring debt.

The terms and conditions that were specified some time ago by those who'd expressed an interest in providing funds have all been satisfied yet the money still hasn't arrived, and based on their historical cash burn QTI are on their last pennies unless they've shut up shop.

maybe you are right gogo but there is some hope now which is more than we thought a few weeks ago even me. Also the spikes seem to be coming a lot more now especialy with funding news due any time.i would think 60 / 40 in our favour of good news on that front!!

I think you'll find that ddlooker is probably shammytime. The trademark complete lack of knowledge of the stock, inability to put forward a considered opinion, and the awareness of the QTI investor herd mentality is there, so I expect in a few weeks the posts will stop and there'll be no ddlooker.

3 This is the best performing stock around currently as the potential for volatility when it comes back to Earth is fantastic. Roll on 1p.
