Punch Graphix plc ("Punch Graphix" or the "Company")

Issue of shares

The Company announces that an aggregate of 60,250 new Punch Graphix ordinary 
shares of 10p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted to 
employees, pursuant to the Punch Graphix Long Term Incentive Plan.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange.

Following the admission to trading of the New Ordinary Shares, Punch Graphix 
will have 102,901,040 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue.
