Posted at 15/4/2022 10:24 by yogaboy Still breathing, RTO still under way. Optimistic of relisting. I wonder what the price will be. |
Posted at 15/12/2020 14:18 by nextlink Unfortunately I have to agree. They specifically state an IPO, no mention of HWC or a reversal. |
Posted at 15/12/2020 10:16 by phil1969 Talk on LSE boards of Polish company Aforti who have been working all year on setting up a listing in London, is the company reversing into HWCSee their website going back to the summer and Aforti reports. HWC director Maciej Szytko was made a director of the newly created Aforti PLC on 3rd Sept 2020. (coincidence? PLC execs tend to be directors of many firms) This is the latest one relating to London listing. No mention of HWC in any of the updates. Reports only refer to 'the issuer' Aforti are getting very close to listing looking at this report and HWC last update also gave the impression it will be trading again before end of year! Coincidence? All seems a bit too good to be true. Thoughts? |
Posted at 30/11/2020 18:13 by loobrush RNS out today-it says 2020 has had a difficult start to the year but the Board has expended considerable time and effort on seeking to ensure the continuation of the business after lockdown. Based on discussions with potential acquisition targets over the summer, the Board is optimistic that the Company's shares will be relisted on a public market shortly Fingers crossed-lets hope its a winner and the share price takes off. They certainly have spent some cash keeping it going. |

Posted at 31/7/2019 16:00 by hedgehog 100 A belated happy 18th. 'shell birthday' to HWC!Just think of all the things it can now do: vote, buy alcohol ... maybe even finally get a RTO!! 28/06/2001 15:25 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Final Results LSE:HWC Highway Capital "The Company is now effectively a cash shell and as such is seeking suitable acquisitions. Your directors are in the process of searching for a suitable business." |
Posted at 08/4/2019 14:47 by phil1969 I'd like to think you're right nextlink but majority shareholders are in a position to issue themselves cheap shares and now not obliged to offer the same to existing long term private investors meaning they could issue the new shares at 2p to themselves if they wanted and if HWC returns to market at 15p where we left off. They are quid in, we get nothing.Thats why existing shareholders should also be offered the chance to buy the shares at the same price as insiders. I hope resolution 13 is in place to remove the legal hurdles and not to line insiders pockets and long term holders are still treated equally. We already have 1.25m new shares issued at 10p for someone to make a tidy 50% profit if HWC comes back at 15p. All this is irrelevant if: 1) HWC doesn't relist 2) HWC relists at 50p+ and everyone is a winner |
