19/8/2005 06:23 | That's the debt down to £28m. The remaining businesses inc the debt would seem to be completely viable. Makes one wonder what the delisting was all about. Interestingly, I tried to buy another 100k the day before delisting. I put in a limit order at the full published offer (it was a wide spread that day) but there were no takers. Thought that was a bit smelly at the time. | jwcs

15/8/2005 22:10 | Thanks JakNife It's been an interesting day, 3 phone calls from Adrian Shaw (PR) to say they have not received my voting form and to check which way I have voted. He then informed me it's about 50/50 and my 2.25% will make the difference, he then asked if I was prepared to have a phone conversation with Woodwark and Brown. Shortly after Richard Brown (KPMG) phoned to arrange a time for us to talk. I have voted with Union but Woodwark wants me to change and I have till 12 noon on Wednesday or go to the EGM. I am trying to rearrange as much as possible to come to the EGM but will not know until Wednesday. I think Woodwark will make an announcement on Friday with reference to the Decorative Division. They have complained to the IC, saying the article is not accurate and for not asking for Pressacs side of the storey. | jack.f
14/8/2005 23:33 | JakNife I will not get to the EGM however I have voted my 2 million shares in favour of Union. I will consider myself lucky to see 10p a share back but still hoping for 5p plus which ever way it goes at the EGM. | jack.f
12/8/2005 08:04 | Cheer JakNife, I will vote with Union, however I am still not sure if I will make the EGM but will let you know. | jack.f
12/8/2005 01:56 | Thanks for that JakNife. In the absence of any new information, Unicorn get my vote. | jwcs |
