This horror house of hammer guy is also one of the big shareholder in Euro Colour.
Any thoughts, do you think he is trying to bring the two companies together, if the synergies can be found.
On the cheap ofcourse!

not just GKLL. I seem to remember buller being dragged down and out by him. shame as i used to have a list of his interests and their outcomes which i seem to have deleted.

no position here but always found it an interesting situation. Would have thought that there will be nothing left for shareholders after debts and, if Petey G is involved, his cut.

imho obviously.

in my experience Gyllenhammar is not as effective at realising value as his reputation suggests. be wary.

Price 0.85 / 1.30p
NMS 10k / 350k
The MM obviously want stock,
but where is the price going.
The spread is far to wide to trade though.

Peter Gyllenhammar has an amazingly long and large history of getting involved in small and troubled public companies. He gets some wrong but dont underestimate his ability to extract value. Try a google search on his name.
His continuing purchases must mean that he can see something.
I'm tempted

Thats if the comaany will have any money left to pay out.

Thingsd are lookin bleak in the telecomunications sector and the automobile sector.

Too many cars are being produced and with regards to the telecomunications sector Marconi looks bleak today after BT ditched it for a major contract.

Bleak is the only word....nothing left in the market at this price in any event.

Any investors should have bailed out when i warned.

sos,

You don't have to sell them, but you will have to take them out of the ISA. If you want to keep them, get your broker to transfer them into your own name. You may even get to keep your book cost outside of the ISA.

When a company has to sell most of its assets you usually end up with a black hole.

Just my opinion.

Usually when a company is wound up after de-listing a sizeable pension fund claim suddenly appears which finally puts paid to any returns to shareholders.
