16/9/2005 15:10 | anyone going to the AGM? 30th Sep I never bother usually, but with Pressac being un-listed I wonder if I should make the effort. | jhan66
16/9/2005 14:34 | With debt reduced to sub £30m, renegotiated debt terms AND a new Board including turnaround specialist I'd say we are already back to 8-10p. Prior to de-listing the company was priced for total failure. It is now very highly leveraged to any positive developments. Wouldn't be surprised if target is to change lenders and re-float in due course. | jwcs
16/9/2005 13:59 | What would Pressac share price be now if the company was still listed or floated back on to the stock market? If they had reduced the debt by 18 million and had better terms from the bank and cash in hand. Hard one to answer but my guest is a lot more than 5 or 6 pence. | jack.f
16/9/2005 13:18 | JakNife You have the decimal point too far to the right. The value of the company at 1p share price is only 800k! Pin money - (86 mil shares in issue). That's why the 10p floated by Union (8m cap) is not out of the question. Could even be conservative. Don't forget TTG paid about 20p for their holding. | jwcs
16/9/2005 11:02 | We have an interesting 12 months a head of us JakNife. Will they bring this one back from the dead and back on to the stock market? Or is all just to see if TT will paid an extra few pence for the Electronics' side the business? | jack.f
15/9/2005 20:43 | Jak, well, I know you are in the market for more shares, but I remain confused, unless you are implying that they are going to offer me more shares or is it the good old D4E? | katsuman
14/9/2005 19:37 | JakNife et al: I have a letter/voting form wrt AGM. Disregarding the re-election of Directors, could somebody shead light on the issues regarding shares? I am confused. TIA | katsuman
10/9/2005 15:35 | JakNife They Cost me about £500 and are sitting with broker. I always thought that if the Co. survived and prospered, they would eventually give a better return than the ammount I could have got just prior to delisting. I guess any return would be better than nothing but I will have a word with my broker re selling them direct v. trading on JP Jenkins. How do you see it working, and what would you offer as a direct sale? AliK | alikan
09/9/2005 11:38 | Gentlemen I have a negligible 9476 shares in Pressac which I expected to be a write off. But I held through the delisting as I had a gut feeling that eventually I would get something more than change back. Are they going to be tradable in the future and what are the prospects of getting any return on them? AliK | alikan
31/8/2005 13:39 | JP's mid upto 1.5p | jack.f
22/8/2005 21:44 | Kevin, I have already tried JP they have no stock but they do have alot of buys wanting Pressac shares. No I have not recieved your e-mail, so you will have to have another go, but get it right this time and I will let you know whats been happen. | jack.f
22/8/2005 20:13 | Hello Bill this is your Canadian connection - have you anything for me? Did you receive my emails? | jack.f
22/8/2005 18:04 | hi Bill, I'd be very pleased to sell 30,000. Tidy's up this affair & gets rid of the nice new certificate sent by my Nominee account. Trouble is, I'm hoping to recover 2/3rd of my original cost which is some way above JP Jenkins mid price. By all means send me an email & keep in touch. (It shows the value of a BB such as this, when you've had your legs chopped-off by a board of directors who don't know their fiduciary duty) jhan@btopenworld.com | jhan66
22/8/2005 16:58 | If there are any shareholders out there wanting to sell there Pressac shares, I will be interested. Bill. | jack.f |
