15/12/2004 22:58 | Good statment all round here 2 months ago ,im sure the debt to be renegotiated will have a successful outcome. Prospects The strategy set out in the 2003 Annual Report for improving the performance of the Electronics division is being pursued which, with new business wins and the benefit of contracts recently awarded, continue to make the Board confident that these will show through in 2005 and 2006. Growth within the Decorative division will be achieved from developing the new technology and increasing its market share of 2D and 3D products in both the European and US markets. The new Managing Director at Pressac Communications is repositioning the Division into higher growth sectors, in which our new products offerings are being well received. The sales and marketing function is also being refocused and restructured in order to take advantage of these opportunities. We expect to see the results of this coming through in 2005 in the form of new business wins for the division. As indicated at the time of the last results, 2004 is proving to be a challenging year as we continue to operate in a highly competitive market environment. We are rigorously maintaining a strategic focus on reducing the level of debt to bring interest charges down, delivering higher value new business and the implementation of programmes to improve operational efficiencies. Progress in this respect is being made across the Group and the Board is confident that the benefits of this will show through in 2005 and 2006. | blackbear

15/12/2004 18:15 | TK, theprophet100 got 0.25p premium for his 110,000. Let's see what happens tomorrow. Sooner or later the MMs will mark Pressac down to try and force some seller out. | jack.f
15/12/2004 17:43 | Well I was expecting more buyers at the end so surprised we sold at 5.5p. Maybe the MM was balancing his books at the end of the day. If these fall again tomorrow and you are all feeling annoyed, put BIP on your screen. There has been no real newsflow since March but any positive news on Vialogy or Acolyte Biomedica will create a nice trading opportunity if you are quick enough. The most likely update will be from Acolyte who are launching a 2-5 hours MRSA test in the Spring at a cost of £5-8 and are cuurently presenting to the Govt at the MRSA conference in London.I have taken the risk of buying and holding until any news but you might be safer to wait for news as long as you have a news alert on the shares (see UK.wire.com for this email service). Again, best of luck to you all. | theprophet100
