Once could of bought these PRSC shares for under a penny before suspension. How much are they worth now?.

kiwihope.
you are correct.
nevertheless i have a nagging feeling that over a few years we have been subtly mislead by the directors.starting with the 'ttg' stakebuilding, then a profits 'upgrade' that took the stock to .26pence
if it was so plain to see that prsc was destined for the knackers yard [not that you said that], then to my mind nothing really seems to add up now.
that i was suckered into a dead cat bounce. mea culpa.

a sad day indeed.
however i am at a complete loss as to why some posts believe both here and on the ttg site that this is some sort of victory for 'ttg', or indeed that 'ttg' have some sort of lien on prsc assets. they do not.

ttg have lost over 5million cash on there equity stake.

the directors/administrators will now have to achieve the best prices possible in the market place for pressac assets.
ttg will/can have no pecuniary advantage [it would be illegal to have such] other than thru there non exec directors on the board perhaps knowing what the 'books' really look like.

Jeez. Talk about shutting the door after the proverbial horse has gone walkies. Say something useful please. Also have some compassion for many small investors who have lost a packet on this one (refer the proper PRSC thread that has been tracking the company for over 2 years).

Well I guess that if Rover go to the wall then that really will be the death knell for PRSC and probably several other companies like them.

Pressac, the East Midlands electrical components company, jumped 25 per cent to 2.5p on rumours it was close to agreeing a new financing arrangement with its bankers. Pressac shares slumped last week after it revealed it was in discussions with its principal lenders, HSBC and JPMorgan Chase, over its credit facilities and admitted it was reviewing its listing status.

I'm normally a good contrarian indicator with PRSC, but with a 100k top-up on Monday I might have called it right for once.

emirestate,I have a lot of Prsc shares at a much higher price than 12p,it is a hard time for the shareholders and I agree with "Nchls" that they are at crunch point and maybe there trying to force someone's hand. If trading is starting to pick up it makes me wonder what is really going on, at least there was a bit of recovery at the end of the day. We may have some weekend press.

it's possible, IMO, but unlikely. Webb is hardly going to say that the company is going under is he -- given the large stake his fund has in PRSC. I agree with an earlier poster that the rights issue is now unteneable given the SP, and consequent stock dilution required to make even a small dent in the £46m debt. Any punt on PRSC now is surely nothing more than a lottery gamble on recovery - with pretty bad odds.

That said, some announcements that (a) the company is selling some part of its operation - e.g., France and (b) news of some major new contract wins could help bolster the share price

Jelfsie, I am a gambler - and learnt long ago to buy as soon as the fcf goes positive. PRSC is high risk in that there are possible events outside the mgt's control. If the board announces even a modest prurchase of shares then the bottom will have been seen. Yes, TT is less risky, but with half a unit in PRSC you could make just as much with a full unit in TT if PRSC squeaks through. On the basis that the forecast of much results in 2005 and the year after, which the banks will have approved, it is worth a modest punt.

Broker forecast, interesting to note cash flow per share for 2003 is 3.21p and 2004 is forecast at 8.81p per share, more than double the 2003 amount but eps -0.41p go's to -1.96p for 2004. Can some one explain these figures.
