JakNife,

Thanks for the information, please let me know what your opinion after meeting Unicorn/Eaglet.

I did mention "the cosy deal with TT" and that was the only time Woodwark got a bit wound up and said there safe guards in place. He also had a guy from KPMG as a safe guard with him.

Thanks Jak and Kats. Will pursue voting issue.

Woodwark may well be a 'straight guy' but as I understand it the issues to be raised at the EGM apply to other directors including at least one TTG nominee.
Clearly, as a trade shareholder, TTG would have a different agenda to that of the rest of us.

On an optimistic note it does seem like these are not a total write-off.

Unicorn/Eaglet are also major holders in ELH (went into admin), apparently one guy talked to the administrator today and it looks like Unicorn/Eaglet are preparing to take legal action (against who, i dont know).

here is his post :

I've also just spoken to one of the administrator staff, he confirmed that an announcement is imminent.. share holders would be unlikely to receive a return unless an offer could pay for it.

Once i pressed on the unfairness put on to the share holders (especially seeing as it was them who raised the millions to keep ELH running)he sympathised and expressed it depends on the level of any offer. 'Major shareholders may take legal action dependent on the outcome of any talks'

Hope they do

Good luck

It was an interesting meeting with Mr Woodwark, he did not give any thing away because he does not know at this stage how much they can return to shareholders because they are still negotiating. The 10p a share was mentioned but he said it was impossible for them to know. He came across as a straight guy and at this stage I think I will vote with Woodwark but I will try to find out as much as possible before I make my mind up, we still have 2/3 weeks before the EGM.

How much are they going for in the Grey Market?

jwcs: Your nominee account holder should forward a certificate following delisting (do they have your current address)? You should then receive notice of the EGM and proposals. Capita are the address for the voting form.

Intersting to see the thread still being posted upon. I have not read all the posts as i did not hold a position and see little point posting.

However what i have read is a number of shareholders and insitutions agrieved at management attempts to pick up parts of the business on the cheap.

Well if i was a investor i would want to fight that...too many times small shareholders get steam rolled and i dont think management should get away with it.

Woodwark is flying to Newcastle to meet me and another shareholder on Monday morning we have 2,960,000 shares between us so I think he is pretty desperate for support, Union have 38% up to now. I want him to give a figure and to be straight for a change.

I think I may go to the EGM myself

Just spoke to a Union Investment director he phoned me back after talking to Lynne Jeffery at Union. Basically they are not happy that Woodwark is acting in the best interests of shareholders. He thinks 10p per share is achievable. Union are sending letters out to shareholders today. 10p would get me back 85% of my investment, which I would be happy with at this stage.

Unfortunately I followed Peter Webb into this investment. As the directors do not appear to hold any shares I have just voted against them!!

Still I suspect that TT Electronics will keep their positions for them.

If you go to www.jpjl.co.uk it looks like they are indicating a mid price of 0.75p.
