Bet they wish that was there only problem - this is an absolute slow motion train wreck - beautifully demonstrating all the dangers of investing in certain AIM companies in the process.

I think it will have to be in multiple languages. How else will they get the CE mark that's needed to sell the unit in Europe?

So roll forward - March 31 2017, no unit ready to be shipped - Bond hands over worthless IP and keeps unit to develop his coal gasification business.

Bond withdraws support, Phe goes down.

Its a horrible agreement and actually incentives Bond not to have the unit ready.

I think IP is being confused with Instruction Manuel- wonder if I will be in multiple languages for EU rollout !

The only thing Phe is close to is implosion.

Where's the £250k gone for the phantom staff- 3 guesses PB & KA ?

What an awful investment PHE has turned out to be for any mug who bought.

Not only are they continuing to grant Hillgrove (Mr Bond) more shares by extending the loan and interest, and increasing the amount borrowed by another 12 months, but they are now giving the Australian and New Zeland rights to the Gen3 to Hillgrove for waste disposal and the world rights for coal gasification. We now also find out PHE don't even control the interlectual property. But hey, everything goes to hillgrove anyway when they convert the ever enlarging loan in 2018.

What a farce.

December + 3 months (end Q1) + 2 months (ship and install) - at the new home in 6 months. Unless there's a delay, which given past history is very likely. Then they've got to do something with it...

All that waffle about IP is just nonsense. Bond controls (and indeed, owns) both sides of the transaction, so what difference does it make which pocket he puts stuff in?
