The article goes on to say that PHE have put the particular project on hold because of the decrease in hydrogen demands!! This doesn't sound too good.

Positive looking technicals here on the chart. Rising wedge evident with 1-1.2p resistance having been tested several times but more importantly is the rising lows. This means each time it has retreated it has gone down less so eventually the upwards pressure will rule the day and it will have to break through resistance and go on to higher prices. There's also the 50dma having crossed the 100dma and 200dma and now the 100dma has crossed the 200dma, a golden cross as they say. No volume available today to buy at 0.8p, so unless the mm's find a seller willing to drop some on the market below 0.8p, which nobody did since before lunch, then it's another higher low and any buys will send it up to test 1p again. All very bullish and aimho, dyor, etc....
