Jaknife no sign of your placing your friends in the city telling you porkies Keith has already stated at the AGM no more discounted placings ! Next fund raising a will be when share price is much higher and as demand for shares will be so high it's highly likely to be at a premium The market makers can't get up to their normal tricks any more now for the next leg up they will have adhere to normal suply and demand rules ? As demand for shares will grow and grow as more see the potential of our technology then by definition with less sellers than buyers they will have to let it rise! No more bail outs

Previously Linc was listed as a major shareholder, now they are not. That's good enough for me. If you really want to know, ask your mate Keefy - he'll surely be able to tell you what the position is since he's responsible for maintaining the AIM Rule 26 info.

I will have a different view about the company when it's properly run, and not before. And I never regret trading decisions - you make them on the best information available at the time then live with it. For me, phe is not investable, and that's that.

Don't hate the company particularly, although I really don't like the way it's run, and if the regulators were doing their jobs it wouldn't be allowed. But that's all by the by, I just follow because it's an interesting story and I like the sector.

How do I know they've sold? Because they're no longer listed as a holder on the PHE website. AIM Rule 26, remember? As the only buyer of size, you must own most of them ;¬) I hadn't realised they were in admin, though - if they're no longer functioning that's probably why they didn't file the necessary TR-1.

Why do I think it's sad? First it seemed a bit odd that Bond would be selling (relatively) expensive shares with one hand, whilst promising to hold on to the cheap ones with the other. Second there's no more cheap supply, so daft punters who want more of these lottery tickets risk having to waste even more money.

Poor old Bond, he must be suffering a bit - he used to be a 40% shareholder in linc as I remember.

'Still believe more and more of these shares are being tucked away'

You're so right - Bond's getting 15% a year on his loan, day in, day out, at a ha'penny each! Reassuring to know at least one person's following your inestimable advice ;¬)
