If debt is trading at 35c (as has been reported) then World View need only offer the banks a reasonable deal on their debt in return for their support. Once World View have support of the lenders then the current board are powerless to refuse any offer whatsoever from World View unless they can come up with an alternative way of servicing the lending e.g. a different offer or an equity raise to pay down debt.
