I bailed yesterday, Took a nice hit too. Just have lost faith in the bod. And we`ve all seen fatso`s ability to issue shares which now looks very likely. Production asset sales are going to be firesaled. Leaving nothing more than a company with debt just about equal to assets

Any deal from World View will be with the banks. If debt is trading at 35c (as has been reported) then World View need only offer the banks a reasonable deal on their debt in return for their support. Once World View have support of the lenders then the current board are powerless to refuse any offer whatsoever from World View unless they can come up with an alternative way of servicing the lending e.g. a different offer or an equity raise to pay down debt. Neither seem likely.

The other scenario is that World View just walks.

This is the way it works folks like it or not.

hxxp://www.platts.com/latest-news/natural-gas/moscow/russia-algeria-agree-to-boost-cooperation-in-26164720

At present, there is a limited number of joint oil and gas projects between companies from the two countries, and the two have agreed to intensify efforts to expand this cooperation, Russian energy minister Alexander Novak said after a meeting of the Russia-Algeria intergovernmental commission in Moscow.

Russian companies, including oil and gas producers Gazprom Neft, Lukoil, Russneft, and Bashneft, are interested in entering the Algerian market, he said, adding that Russia and Algeria "have great potential to expand collaboration in various sectors of the economy, including oil and gas, agriculture and transportation."

T5 reported to be considering buying the Egyptian assets.........

T5 Oil & Gas, a vehicle set up by the Tullow veterans, has run the rule over Petroceltic's Egyptian production assets, according to multiple industry sources.

It's understood that any bid by T5 would require a significant fundraising, with the purchase price for the Egyptian assets likely to run into tens of millions.......

........Petroceltic's remaining Egyptian production assets include a "receivable" - money owed by the Egyptian national oil company - that stood at $31m at the end of last September. That receivable may or may not be included in a deal.

Can someone please shed light on the Bank of America Merrill Lynch ISE Only - Petroceltic Intnl UK Regulatory (RNS & others)

What exactly is the RNS saying? Is it that some adviser to Petroceltic sold 16,400 shares or he bought them? Either way I hold many multiples of shares that this guy held and they don't release an RNS when I buy and sell so whats the deal?
