Another great day for the PCI share holders. Only down over 40%. Not bad, not bad at all.

Well many of you are speculating lot of nonsense. Well done Worlview. Everyone have known of the financial shortfall and the dire position of the company. I am not invested here (use to)but shareholders have every rights to be aggrieved with the arrogant clowns who have awarded themselves ridiculous salaries for so many years. Autocratic, uncompromising, deluded management. Worldview will get what they want and rightly so as they have invested big sum. If you were in their shoes, you would do the same. Blame the board, this is what they get pay for!

The truth is we all have to wait for wv to make an acceptable offer or another oiler to outbid them which is the only bonus for shareholders PCI assets are worth buying

dm,

There is still the risk that someone will make the banks a better offer on the debt than WV and screw everyone. 2.5p only gives you a 20% profit. 2.8p when you take into account dealing costs gives you so little it is not worth it. I might be tempted at 2p.

However with all the insane ramping it is unlikely to go sub 3p to buy before the deal is done.

whats the detail of the 6m bid ? how much debt will they take on ....thats what the banks and bond holders need to agree if not they will put pci into admin and sell the bits they have liens on

remember wv are a 30% holder of shares at anywhere between circa 50-100m and that will be gone

await the improved bid which the board agrees to recommend

As I stated earlier this week the banks look to have thrown in the towel with Petroceltic. I was even surprised that they got the last extension. If the market is still paying 10p per share i`d pull the hand off them for it!
