26/2/2016 08:33 | Spread closed. Will see 5p in the next hour or two. When the board recommend shareholders take the offer than that's the time to buy IMO. | onetomany
26/2/2016 08:31 | Don't think the MMs will be offering these anywhere near 3p. They know the game and they'll keep a big spread. I think there will be a counter offer too, but at what price and when? If I was in I would sit tight. Worldview can't force it through for a very long time yet. Only if the banks weigh in and force the issue, and I think they'll wait for a while longer. | gerhart
26/2/2016 08:25 | Worth a punt at 3p I think. May get a counter offer at slight premium. Risky though because, as they said, the shares are worth zero. | onetomany
26/2/2016 08:17 | remain far apart ......they had to make a offer to keep discussions going , it will be counter offered , let see if it falls below 3p | rallyman2
26/2/2016 08:17 | Absolutely HK, always the PI that's shafted. Happy to have got 13p. I was in at 21p as a little punt. For those left I truly wish it recovers for you. The board here have been a disgrace. | rusty9717

26/2/2016 08:07 | Subject to and following the Offer becoming or being declared wholly unconditional and provided sufficient acceptances have been received, Sunny Hill intends to procure that Petroceltic apply for cancellation of the listing and admission to trading of the Petroceltic Shares on both ESM and AIM. | sawney

26/2/2016 07:57 | I would have thought it would have had to be a cheeky paper offer of some sort to tempt existing holders? At least that way there is a chance of staying in the game until AT can be brought on line....... | oilretire
26/2/2016 07:48 | Seriously taking the P surely? | oilretire

26/2/2016 07:23 | Worldview has been in discussions with the Board of the Company, regarding a potential injection of capital into Petroceltic by Worldview, since October 2015, but has been unable to agree terms with the Petroceltic Board. Since January 2016, these discussions have effectively become tripartite, with the involvement of representatives of the providers of the Senior Bank Facility and, whilst, this has improved the quality and progress of the discussions, the parties remain some way apart. Consequently, Worldview felt that, in order to protect the Worldview Funds' existing investment in Petroceltic in line with its fiduciary duties, it needed to be in control of the Company and, therefore, it has, via Sunny Hill, made this all cash Offer direct to Petroceltic Shareholders. Explains a lot..... | sawney
