Big Brain will not leave the stage in a dignified manner as it is not in his nature.He has almost single-handed taken a 'world class asset' and nearly wrecked it.Poor old Adair must rue the day he sat down to talk to our Big Man and I hope he wasn't stuffed further by paying the bill for the meal BB would most likely have had.Not a lot of hope left for PCI in the current state.GLTA

there is another week to run before petroceltic jets the chop.
unless wv can put a consortium together, and get this company to concentrate
and start developing the algieran project.and pump up smoke
This will take a number of year to produce.and oil should have turned around by then. we need new blood on the board. big brian is non his last pay cheque hopefully

Simon Cawkwell. If you are so confident, why would you not do a CFD or SB short rather than "borrow stock" and "pay 5%". Either of those would be cheaper???

Gentlemen,

It was hard to borrow stock but I am paying 5% p.a. for the privilege and am now short of PCI at 18p. My target price is 1p at best.

If Fatty fails to do a deal with ENOC this time he deserves a good kick up his big fat *rse as they know the Company and it's assets well. It would be one way for him to hang on to his overpaid post.What he would have to do get WV on board is the big conundrum.GLTA

WV could just be "messing" with this too. Trying to force the hand of some other party to act.

Remember they are not under any obligations, you could say they are just saying...we're hacked off and we might even think about an offer. What do they need to think about? They know the details of PCI inside out, and presumably are aware of current "market consitions"!
