29/9/2021 00:14 | Farallon have sold all their credit shares. They are out | poohbear1
28/9/2021 23:21 | dv01 - my fair value as is, today, is 220-250p and my blue sky is a 'crazy' number but it's well north of 1000p per share. What about the share price in January '22 as PANR prepares to spud Theta West and flow test Talitha-A, all else being equal? I'd have thought 130-150p ought to be achievable? If the addressable market of US investors catches the scent in advance of a *potential* US dual listing then it could be higher still, I suppose? NB. What folk choose to do with their investment dollars or pounds is none of my business. I'm just interested in the *facts* of the investment case, the consensus understanding of that investment case and the maths behind the model. | scot126
28/9/2021 23:11 | FAO anyone who can trade the Aussie market. Otto Energy's 14.27m PANR shares are worth AUD $19.88m using today's London closing price. I *think* Otto's mkt cap is AUD $46m. I confess I have not kept up with Otto's US assets so anyone interested will have to look at that stuff themselves to see if there's an angle here. Good luck! | scot126
28/9/2021 22:58 | Any new investors should also look at the PANR thread on Reddit - lots of excellent information there too. | zeusfurla
28/9/2021 22:52 | Scot- please can I ask- what is your fair value for the share price and what is your blue sky valuation? | dv01
28/9/2021 21:33 | Idle - if obvious - thoughts: If Farallon have a cash target rather than a % holdings target, they'll need to sell even fewer now. If they have a mixture of both targets, they'll still need to sell proportionately fewer than they did a fortnight ago. | pharmawotsit
28/9/2021 21:17 | Nearly 1.5mln shares traded on the otc tonight as well, bodes well for tomorrow ... I'm hoping for a steady rise but I suspect we'll have a few more large increase till we get to £1, I expect tomorrow will break 80p and don't forget F now have a percentage less to sell :) | sirmark
28/9/2021 21:16 | Not often we see a Seeking Alpha article, and a pretty good one at that.https://seeking | rabito79
28/9/2021 20:41 | Thanks Grum | bodroll
28/9/2021 20:38 | Thank you. I had missed it.This is, by far, my biggest holding and I am encouraged by today's share price performance.I am hoping to recover my losses suffered elsewhere as I am already retired and short of time.Looking forward to tomorrow! | bodroll
28/9/2021 20:27 | I agree with scot that while I have a personal preference for placing now, farm-out after this winter's drilling, I know nothing of the negotiations and a really good deal now may well be in all our interests.I thought funding for this winter may cause a temporary quiet phase in the share price. That now looks increasingly unlikely and the ease with which the latest Farallon unloading was absorbed by the market augurs exceedingly well for further advances short and longer term. | hiddendepths
28/9/2021 20:22 | Thanks mate, gladYour doing well and holding that amount it will serve you well and that's golden balls to be holding 3ml you'll be well rewarded for your risk. See you all back here in the morning ! | sirmark
28/9/2021 20:17 | Bodroll, See Post 17397 | grumr2013
28/9/2021 20:15 | Jay mentioned them in a YouTube video interview today | madd_rip
28/9/2021 19:56 | Thanks Scot - but where is the info about farm outs today please? No RNS | bodroll
28/9/2021 19:02 | Dear All - looks like CHONS has sold 5.85m shares from the c/o/b on 15/9/21 until 24/9/21. A couple of thoughts occur to me.....just musing, no certainties. a) The stock has been particularly buoyant on Monday and Tuesday. The excellent article by Conor Maguire (@ValueSituations on Twitter) and Jay's interview by Proactive Investors on their YouTube channel have been the immediate catalysts over the last 24 hours or so, no question about it. However I'm just wondering if Farallon are (i) finished for now (ii) have reduced the daily volume they wish to sell or are required to sell under the intra-party debt agreement or (iii) have got a half-decent broker working the order who has sensed, correctly IMHO, that selling the stock on the back foot and with a lighter touch will allow the stock to breathe and move up in the face of recent and sustained demand? Win, win, win? Just something I'll be keeping an eye on and I have no fixed view at time of writing. b) hiddendepths/Ride DaIce - I don't know if the share price at the close today will have an impact on the Board's strategy to fund the anticipated winter programme? I'll repeat my view once again that whilst I *personally* would be delighted if PANR decided to go it alone for one more winter season, I suspect fairly strongly the BoD will opt to finalise a farm out arrangement with one of the unnamed parties Jay informed us about today. I'm sure many of us noted Jay's confirmation today that the negotiations are under way and that "some of them are quite advanced, I must say." Like HD and Ride DaIce, I am not privy to the terms being negotiated. This is one of those cases where I simply must place my trust and faith in the professionalism of management. In my view, the BoD has earned that trust so all I will be doing is wishing them well in their negotiations. Worth recalling the BoD are aligned utterly with the private shareholders, that's for sure. Good stuff. | scot126
28/9/2021 18:43 | Hats off to you sirmark, with respect I thought when you paid around 66p if my memory serves me right , I believed that was a touch expensive. But you must have "golden balls", to have conviction in your research and follow it through and be able to have an idea where this is going. Roll on next year- 2022 will be the year! Still holding my 3 mill. But buying no more. | 2022 will be the year
28/9/2021 17:48 | We haven't even scratched the surface of the kind of numbers this can achieve. Target prices should be in the order of 200p minimum. Exciting times ahead. | brinstocks1
28/9/2021 17:38 | hd, It's a placing any day of the week for me. No FO needed. If they can raise enough money for the 2022 work programme and i) the wells come in on prognosis ii) PoO stays around this level then buyers will be queuing up on the Dalton Highway. Why significantly dilute the W.I. at this stage in preference to a modest equity dilution ? What does a farm in partner bring to the table at these prices if the end game is to sell out anyway ? | ride daice
28/9/2021 17:36 | The last three TR-1 notices have all appeared after 17.00. | pharmawotsit
28/9/2021 17:33 | Can you give me some lottery numbers Sirmark! TR1 and 75 at close! | madd_rip |
