Investing in AIM companies while you have been away has been difficult so I am glad you gave the markets a miss completely.

Hope you are right here and NEOS does rise like a Phoenix!! We should know in the second half of the year.

Thank you G1g4Io. Been away since July with very limited and unreliable access to the internet.So decided to give markets a miss completely.
But back now and look forward to posting. NEOS still alive.ZOL have lots of oil and SER have lots of potential (I am reliably informed.) OCT have not done too much and EVO a W/O. Sold all my EVO and my remaining COMS, and bought lots of SER (Wed) with the sale proceeds.Buying more SER in the morning hopefully at .001495p or better.

But this is the NEOS thread and as I said above I have every faith in NEOS. Looked dead in the water, but there is a chance that it will rise phoenix like. We will see what happens this year.No alternative but to wait for developments.

I cannot give a specific answer to that because I do not know. However my comment is based on a communication with the company. This communication could be verified by a few others who have posted on this BB board for a long time and who have seen what the company said.
However NOTHING IS GUARANTEED and I do not want to build up hopes unnecessarily. No specific time was mentioned, but the company intend to communicate with shareholders in due course.
An AGM to approve the 2014 accounts has yet to be held.
Do NOT read too much into this post but on the face of it
there is still a spark of hope.

Interesting since they don't need to be compliant because they're not on aim!
Ausinox is doing the aussi deal, neos will be doing somethging else. Moquette lists ausinox as an interest on his equinox website but doesn't have neos there so probable early stages which may or may not come to fruition.

See this earlier post from G1g41o.He got it from the horses mouth that an Australian deal in not on the cards. Love to know if they are working on something else.

I doubt that there is a time limit as long as accounts are still being published and the head office is being shared, as it is.

Not guaranteed for the fuel side of the business, but I'm sure they'll do their utmost to get them brought forward.

Yes, I heard the Myersons discussed some weird Education related business with some African geezer, but it proved to be a non-starter.

I guess the new BOD are trying to get the tax losses brought forward in respect of the biofuel/oil side of the business, but believe a fairly substantial amount can definitely be brought forward in respect of the management/head-offices aspect of the business - perhaps ieo £10m. That's a straight £10m saving on taxes for a large number of businesses.

It opens the door to a broad variety of potential RTOs.

There is still some cash due repatriation from India.
