11/5/2017 11:38 | I spoke to companies house and was told to get legal advice. However, I will be filling out the online complaints form today I will also be complaining in writing over the weekend to:- Intelligence Hub Investigations and Enforcement Services Insolvency Service 3rd Floor Cannon House 18 Priory Queensway Birmingham B4 6FD | g1g4lo
11/5/2017 11:24 | I've registered a complaint to the Investigations and Enforcement part of the Insolvency service. I think it's the place to start, I'm sure they'll tell me where to go ( I mean the right place!) if I got that wrong. I think it's worth pursuing. | godolphin
11/5/2017 11:06 | G1g4lo & godolphin, thank you for your efforts here & posting updates on this board. Much appreciated, | mortimer7
11/5/2017 09:34 | Done godolphin | g1g4lo
11/5/2017 08:51 | I do not expect a response either but no problem in asking. Written my investment off ages ago also but I did have hope I would get something back. Shame the money NEOS had has been spent on paying the Inland Revenue off as per the agreement to ensure the losses for D1 Oils was agreed. A little corrupt that this is possible without any Directors holding shares. | g1g4lo
11/5/2017 08:19 | I doubt if he will reply. I mean he would have to say it was the best interest of the company to give away it's best asset. I note that the date on the document is 28th which is after all bar Tainton had resigned. Oh well. | godolphin
11/5/2017 07:42 | Wouldn't bother with the kisses G1g4io. | primroselil
10/5/2017 23:27 | Sent to Mr Tainton and will respond if I hear anything. I suspect not as he has not responded to my 2 recent emails. Dear Mr Tainton I can only assume why you have not responded to my emails as this document seems to confirm everything. I last spoke to you in March 2016 but it looks like you planned to leave NEOS investors with nothing. I suspect it was Bryan Myerson that caused the problems but I would appreciate an explanation. You passed the PSC from NEOS on 28th March to SCB & Associates Limited prior to your resignation on 31st March. This is where all the tax losses are. As you know, I had a reasonable holding of over 2.5% in NEOS and suspect I own nothing now. It looks like you gave the tax losses away to SCB & Associates and this was planned last year on 6th April 2016, just after I spoke to you last year. This in my view was done to prevent Principle gaining anything but unfortunately I lose everything also. Can you at least confirm that all NEOS shareholders have lost everything as per the confirmation statement issued today. An email will be fine but by all means, call me on +44 xxxx xxxxxx. I feel after our multiple discussions, I at least deserve an explanation after I was trying to find other investors to invest further for a reverse takeover. Regards Xxxxxxx | g1g4lo
10/5/2017 22:57 | I must admit, I don't know all the details. Be good to get Mr Taintons explanation. | whoppy
10/5/2017 22:47 | Wow, that's a petty mind if so (Re: Principle not gaining). Surely that's not exercising the correct fiduciary duty. Where were the shareholders interest represented in all this. We were trusting the directors. I think we have a claim. Were Principle the bad guys blocking everything and so Mr Tainton gave up? Perhaps Principle are to blame? | whoppy
10/5/2017 22:46 | They would need to have had a board meeting with a quorum. I guess they'd say it was agreed when there were 2 directors and a secretary. | godolphin
10/5/2017 22:45 | I was thinking of contacting Myerson but he seems to have gone off grid since his final divorce settlement. I've emailed Teeling but why would he care? | godolphin
10/5/2017 22:43 | Getting anything out of Neos was a long shot and I'd written it off a long time ago. But it seems someone else is going to make something out of a Neos asset which is annoying. | godolphin
10/5/2017 22:42 | Disgraceful behaviour by Mr Tainton. No wonder he did not answer my emails as he passed the PSC from NEOS on 28th March prior to his resignation on 31st March. This is where all the tax losses are. We have shares in NEOS and own nothing now. Given the tax losses away to SCB & Associates and this was planned last year on 6th April 2016, just after I spoke to Mr Tainton. This in my view was done to prevent Principle gaining anything but unfortunately we lose everything also. | g1g4lo
10/5/2017 22:38 | Crikey. All sounds very dodgy. Maybe they think no one will notice. Maybe now it's done Mr Tainton might give you the details behind it. I guess he probably doesn't want to talk about it though. | whoppy
10/5/2017 22:29 | The tax loss is in D1 Oils Trading. Around £55m most of which may be usable if I recall. The date recorded appears to be 28th April, before the last director of Neos resigned. But as I said, I didn't think you could sell as asset without shareholder approval, but they obviously think they can. | godolphin
10/5/2017 22:23 | Makes you wonder why SCB want's NEOS. Are we now shareholders in SCB..or have we all disappeared like NEOS has. If SCB use our tax losses then that's not fair. | whoppy
10/5/2017 22:12 | Looks like bad news. Confirmation statement. Somehow neos no longer owns 100%. Indeed maybe it doesn't own anything at all. I thought that would need shareholder approval but it seems not. The word theft comes to mind. | godolphin
09/5/2017 22:37 | No problem. Just a reminder that scb is the UK arm of star supply, which gives me a little bit of hope. | godolphin
09/5/2017 21:32 | Sorry godolphin You had already noticed this as I have now read back - apologies | g1g4lo

09/5/2017 20:40 | Just had another look again and the reason I did not see it, I was looking in D1 OILS FUEL CROPS LIMITED Company number 05617120. I look every day for news on Focus Ventures and will post on here if I see anything of interest | g1g4lo
09/5/2017 20:37 | Cheers godolphin I looked in there I thought but nothing popped up. Thanks for the link | g1g4lo |
