26/11/2014 20:39 | Looking further at Mr Tainton (Swiss and based in Switzerland), it seems someone's been busy since August of this year. Two of the companies are even using the former D1 Oils name! Three use the same London registered office and Swiss contact address as Neos. The plot thickens. Middlesbrough Oils UK Limited 27/28 Eastcastle Street London W1W 8DH Director Ch. De Senaugin 11 Ch-1162 St Prex 4 August 2014 D1 Oils Fuel Crops Limited 27/28 Eastcastle Street London W1W 8DH Director Ch. De Senaugin 11 Ch-1162 St Prex 4 August 2014 D1 Oils Trading Limited 27/28 Eastcastle Street London W1W 8DH Director Ch. De Senaugin 11 Ch-1162 St Prex 4 August 2014 Ausinox Plc Third Floor, 55 Gower Street London WC1E 6HQ Director 55 Gower Street London WC1E 6HQ 29 August 2014 -------------------- Ausinox has a few Neos directors AND Aussie mining directors/connection If they stay in the Oils (UCOS etc) sector, as use of the D1 Oils name implies, all the tax losses should be available to them. We could get an announcement soon, now possible plans have been uncovered. IMPO/DYOR/NAI Jo | jojo_jo
26/11/2014 16:25 | Yes, good digging folks. In fact brilliant work godolphin. I'd put money on it coming back (if I could! LOL) I think they may still be able to use Tax losses as the Indian division is still technically operating, albeit it in 'run off' mode. Depends on the sector I guess. Either way, anything's better than nowt, and Teeling + Myerson still holding will help. Jo. | jojo_jo
24/11/2014 22:41 | Seems like that the directors blocking any deal at NEOS have now resigned and the new appointments are keen to start something new using the NEOS listing possibly. | whoppy
17/11/2014 09:43 | I don't want to get too carried away. It seems Gordon Tainton may be the driving force here. He's become a director of the connected companies and set up a new one Bazum Steel Holdings (Friday!). Maybe it will all be sorted by Christmas! | godolphin
17/11/2014 00:17 | Good work Godolphin. It definitely looks like something is going on here that may yet surprise us. The fact that we have two large holders is, as you state, definitely a plus. | applelover
14/11/2014 11:51 | I can't resist digging around. There's a company been set up recently called AUSINOX PLC. Directors appointed include MICHAEL CONRAD BAESCHLIN MOQUETTE RUSSEL WILLIAM THOMSON GORDON RICHARD TAINTON also DAVID LYLE WEBSTER and PETER DAVID GILMOUR. The same 3 directors as Neos. And guess where their address is: Ronaldsons. The last two are a "consultant" and a "mining consultant" both aussies. | godolphin
14/11/2014 11:38 | An RT with a decent asset and new team / funding would be good. Wonder if the tax losses are still usable. | whoppy
14/11/2014 11:22 | Who knows. I see Bruce Rowan has a connection with Ronaldson's. Dilution is the obvious fear, but with Teeling and Myerson still holding then maybe it won't be so bad. | godolphin
14/11/2014 11:16 | Interesting, thanks godolphin..maybe Neos will come back!..looks like something is being worked on. | whoppy
14/11/2014 11:11 | And now a new secretary. Dominic Traynor. Who is presumably this guy. Unless someone can find another Traynor. "Dominic graduated from Durham University in 1997 with a degree in Law and, after completing the LPC at the College of Law in York, joined Ronaldsons as a trainee in 1998 qualifying in 2000. He is a corporate lawyer specializing in listings and takeovers, M&A and corporate finance. Dominic has acted on more than 20 AIM-admissions as well as numerous reverse takeovers, other acquisitions, joint ventures and secondary fundraisings with a particular focus on the mining and oil and gas sectors." And here | godolphin
31/10/2014 12:28 | MrBee83 - if someone wanted to buy the shares you could get some cash, maybe that stig character wants to buy them or someone else here - do it through a broker though. The company is still going and as I pointed out there's a new director. | godolphin
31/10/2014 12:22 | Oh, I was being serious | mrbee83
31/10/2014 11:30 | Today I got a share certificate from HSBC sent recorded delivery with my share amount & investor code etc etc... and at the bottom it reads "This document is valuable and should be kept in a safe place" - So is it still valuable? Can I still exchange shares for cash? | mrbee83
10/10/2014 07:45 | It's at companies house. Type in the company name and search. Then click "order information on this company." There was someone with that name who was a director of Braemore Platinum. Maybe resources interest. But who knows. You don't become a director to close a company down. | godolphin
09/10/2014 23:04 | can you post the link to show the appt | alfredpal
09/10/2014 23:04 | godolphhin. Can you the link to show the appt? | alfredpal
09/10/2014 15:30 | New director Russell William Thomson. No idea who he is. | godolphin
19/8/2014 08:59 | "APPOINTMENT TERMINATED, DIRECTOR NICHOLAS MYERSON" A bit late. Ineffectual little man. | godolphin
10/8/2014 13:08 | Where is our biggest share holder Staphanie btw? Hope she is doing well as she had quite a huge amount invested in here... | as119
29/7/2014 12:28 | and you won't see his lying lickspittle aidenabettin here again I suspect | the stigologist
29/7/2014 12:23 | It's actually the board that can strike off a company, not the shareholders. I guess the shareholders could call a meeting! Anyway they need to tidy up India and sell off any assets since the company would have to have been non trading for at least 3 months. So it will be another year here I would imagine. Whatever Teeling's idea was last year we will never know. As I said before he's no Lenigas, indeed not even a Bramhill. | godolphin
29/7/2014 08:37 | they voted against delisting it may require a 90% vote | resourceful
25/7/2014 18:34 | Of course they call a meeting. No shareholders would vote against striking it off would they? What would be the point? | godolphin
25/7/2014 12:37 | no a plc i think has to call a meeting | resourceful |
