25/8/2016 23:08 | I just wonder if this is about to be relisted | stephanie_m
08/8/2016 17:25 | They will need an RTO of significant value or £6m to relist. So what's the point in relisting ? | solarno lopez
08/8/2016 17:16 | has anyone heard from Graham recently and what the situation is pertaining to possible relisting? Thanks in advance. | cashmachine2
06/7/2016 10:31 | Okay lets keep quiet then ahahahah | solarno lopez

24/3/2016 21:06 | A rather cynical view I would have thought, but then that is what is expected from any of your posts. I hope you are not comparing the current directors to the likes of David Hopkins / Daniel Levi / BMD / Former Chairman of Sefton Resource / saviour of SER / etc I have spoken to Gordon Tainton and I just hold a different opinion. I may be completely wrong. Only time will tell. | stephanie_m
24/3/2016 08:02 | So is Gordon Tainton | stephanie_m
22/3/2016 11:38 | I see Thomson advanced £6000 through his MFIC company, so he's committed. | godolphin
21/3/2016 15:22 | I firmly believe there is life in NEOS mark 2 Otherwise why would the current (new) management bother? | stephanie_m
21/3/2016 15:21 | Got the impression that they had a buyer for D1 Oils. Just needed to get matters tidied up in India. | stephanie_m
21/3/2016 14:28 | They'll probably buy shares during the fund raising. They seem to have copied a lot of what they said before and it's been 9 months since the y/e so maybe things are getting closer. Just need to find a biofuels business! | godolphin
21/3/2016 12:10 | The directors did not take any pay. Will probably award themselves options when NEOS is relisted following an RTO. The company has an asset via the tax losses. It will be requoted in due course in my opinion. | stephanie_m
21/3/2016 08:26 | Accounts for 2013 prepared on break up basis. Accounts for 2015 prepared on a going concern basis. Net taxes losses worth £12.2m available for an indefinite period.(Page 32) | stephanie_m

02/3/2016 08:14 | Thank you G1g4I0 for your update. | stephanie_m
02/3/2016 06:52 | jonnynixon - I suspect around 6 - 9 months but that is just my opinion primeroselil - yes it does sound like a misunderstanding so your £20k is not lost IMO. I am very positive | g1g4lo
01/3/2016 21:13 | Timescales?? | jonnynixon
01/3/2016 16:25 | Sounds much more positive G1g4lo. I emailed Mr Tainton and had a gracious reply saying it would appear there may have been a misunderstanding. | primroselil
01/3/2016 13:51 | Sound good, thanks G1g4lo | whoppy
01/3/2016 12:58 | primeroselil - I copied and posted your post 6475 to Mr Tainton yesterday and I have just got off the phone to him. This is your post I sent to him "Sorry to say that Gordon Tainton told me a few months ago that there's little if any chance of the company relisting. £20k down the drain for me." Mr Tainton has never said to anybody that NEOS has little chance of being relisted and he approved that I posted this on this board to correct your comment. Feel free to give Mr Tainton a call again to clarify. I am very pleased with my discussion with Mr Tainton and am still confident now that I will see some return from my investment at some future date. | g1g4lo
26/2/2016 11:42 | Stephanie_M Is there any updates you can give on here? When did you last speak to Mr Tainton? Just thought I would ask in case you can enlighten me. | g1g4lo
26/2/2016 11:39 | primroselil - thanks for the update. Spoke to Mr Tainton about 3 times last year but the last time was about 6 months ago. I was told Q1 and have been advised this is delayed to Q2 but that info is around 2-3 months old. I suppose I had better speak to him next week as I had invested £32k and things must have changed. | g1g4lo |
