04/4/2017 15:38 | Maybe they all have to resign so directors of an RT company can take control, if another company is reversing into Neos. Cause was shown why the company should not be struck off the register. Here's hoping., | whoppy
04/4/2017 15:13 | Tainton has gone, so no directors? That leaves it up to shareholders. | godolphin
27/3/2017 00:15 | G1g4lo The company resignations would suggest to me some sort of corporate action in the near future. | stephanie_m
27/3/2017 00:05 | "Cause has been shown why the above company should not be struck off the register....." Source : Companies house March 2017. Standby! | stephanie_m
26/3/2017 20:19 | Not got a clue but the timing is suspicious. With the Focus Venture capital raising better than expected, raising $5m instead of $4m, may be the placees may possibly know that they may reverse into NEOS for saving over £20m in tax losses with their new project the Bayovar 12 Phosphate Project in Peru with an NPV of $458m. Then a name change for Focus Venture Ltd to reflect their big project in Peru. Funny how this week, all Directors and the secretary have resigned leaving only Gordon Tainton at the same time Focus Venture did a placing and NEOS website went offline. Things are clearly happening and I would not be surprised if we know more next week. Just a matter of how much percentage of our investment will be left. | g1g4lo
26/3/2017 19:31 | Well spotted. I wonder if the website is being updated. | whoppy
25/3/2017 10:04 | Mr Michael Mosquette also resigned on March 6th but the TM01 form did not arrive until Thursday leaving only Mr Gordon Tainton as a Director | g1g4lo

24/3/2017 20:26 | Thanks for sharing that G1g4lo. Appreciate your take on things. | whoppy
24/3/2017 14:41 | whoppy Apart from him responding to my email just regarding his appointment to Focus Ventures, he never included anything about NEOS. He has always phoned me but has not this time and I gave him times like normal to contact me like before. But nothing. I think things are happening but bear in mind I have spoken to him 4 times over the last few years, he said he wanted current shareholders to get involved and relist the company when an RTO is found. I have 2 feelings:- 1) He cannot contact me at this moment in time because things are happening and does not wish funds from existing holders 2) The rights issue last October has diluted us so much and shafted the current shareholders for his own benefit. Time will tell. I will inform the board if he ever phones | g1g4lo
24/3/2017 12:18 | It's a bit of a longshot and a coincidence that Neos website is offline? I wonder if G1g4lo spoke to Mr Tainton. | whoppy
24/3/2017 11:23 | after more thought I am not overly convinced that this will happen for variety of reasons But as a long time holder I hope it does happen | solarno lopez
24/3/2017 11:13 | sounds interesting if it works and Neos is being used | solarno lopez

22/3/2017 07:52 | Mr Tainton has responded with thanking me for congratulating him with his new appointment as President at Focus Ventures Ltd. Just a one line email but I hope he calls me later this morning | g1g4lo
22/3/2017 06:09 | whoppy Unsure of the process here but to take advantage of the tax losses NEOS have, the company has to be UK based. But it does sounds like Focus will reverse into NEOS. The Bayovar 12 Project Bayovar 12 is located 40 km from the coast in the Sechura District of northern Peru, and hosts a large resource of highly-reactive sedimentary phosphate rock - a key raw material input for fertilizers and vital to world food production. The property is approximately 15 km northeast of the operating Miski Mayo Phosphate Mine, a JV between Vale, Mitsui and Mosaic. Focus is the majority owner in the Project through its 70% ownership of Juan Paolo Quay S.A.C., title holder of the Bayovar 12 mining concession. In May 2016 Focus published an Independent NI 43-101 Prefeasibility Study on Bayovar 12 prepared by M3 Engineering, Golder Associates and International Mining Consultants. The Study demonstrates that a large-scale open pit mine producing 1MT per year of concentrates for use as direct application phosphate fertilizer has the potential to deliver impressive cash margins over an initial 20 year mine life, with payback in 3.9 years, a 26.3% IRR and after-tax NPV of $458 million (7.5% discount rate). The full report is available for review on the Company's website and at www.sedar.com. Reactive phosphate rock from Sechura is a natural, slow-release source of phosphorus that can be applied directly to crops. Focus aims to supply direct application phosphate rock to the nearby agricultural regions of South and Central America, the fastest growing fertilizer market in the world. Natural, direct application phosphate rock contains no added chemicals and is absorbed into the earth more efficiently and safely than processed fertilizers, saving farmers money, providing better yields and helping to minimize environmental impacts. | g1g4lo
21/3/2017 23:11 | Good work G1g4lo. Looks a decent project. Am I reading it that Gordon Tainton (Neos) is taking a 60% stake in Focus by acquiring 80m shares? Is Neos the private placement? Focus currently has 132.2m shares in issue. Stock price is $0.06. Mcap $7.93m. Neos acquiring 80m shares at $0.05 for $4m. Equals about 60% of the company. I hope the Neos website is being updated for this reason. Find out soon. | whoppy
21/3/2017 21:22 | Bayovar12 Phosphate Project, Peru Corporate Presentation March 2017 hxxp://www.focusvent March 09, 2017 Focus provides update on private placement and timing with the resignation of Directors at NEOS, all looking good. Just depends what deal we get March 9, 2017; Vancouver, Canada: Focus Ventures Ltd. (TSXV:FCV) announces that it has received from the TSX Venture Exchange an extension to March 22, 2017 to complete its previously announced proposed private placement financing of up to 80 million units at $0.05 per unit, for proceeds of up to $4.0 million. hxxp://www.focusvent | g1g4lo

21/3/2017 20:19 | I have just sent an email to Mr Tainton and will update the board if/when I hear something. The only 2 Directors that is left is Mr Gordon Tainton & Mr Michael Moquette which was the main plan in the first place. | g1g4lo
21/3/2017 19:41 | Cannot get the website up and running and was a few months ago. I had a look to get an update but failed 🤔 | g1g4lo
21/3/2017 19:38 | Company secretary Dominic Traynor and Director Russell Thomson both resigned their positions yesterday on 20th March. Something must be happening as Dominic Traynor was appointed as a lawyer and Russell Thomson an accountant to sort out all the subsidiary accounts and liaise with HMRC. Now, all I can assume is Gordon Tainton and Michael Mosquette is still there and sorted out an RTO. I spoke to him last April or May and he expected something to be sorted by the end of the year 2016. A little late but we should know soon if we can recover some of our investment | g1g4lo
16/3/2017 13:29 | I hope something is happening and that's why Companies House have discontinued the strike off. | whoppy |
