Meanwhile I have cash available to invest in ADL when it is relisted very shortly.

Sorry to say that Gordon Tainton told me a few months ago that there's little if any chance of the company relisting. £20k down the drain for me.

AS119 - I have not spoken to Mr Tainton recently but has been working on it for well over a year.

Clearly, I assume Stephanie has also done her own research. I understand from another investor that hopefully some news may come out in Q2 but I cannot confirm that. May well have a chat with the BOD at the end of March to see how things are going.

Then Ausinox with some of the same directors have fulfilled their aims and got significant investment. So maybe a similar strategy with Neos if they can find a project. Resources are still difficult so may takes a while!

fwiw the various companies in the group are keeping companies house up to date. They're all using the Perth auditors now. So nothing new really but at least they're not being struck off.

The Ausinox deal is finally done. Took a long time with more directors and I guess investment but they've paid up every penny including extras. So now maybe Thomson et al can have more time for Neos.
