Two of the main shareholders of Minoan, P Raby and N Day, holding 11% in total, I believe are also directors of Loyalward Ltd the company used to develop the CS project in Crete. It follows that they will be able to keep a close eye on the CS Project although not so much presumably on the T&L sale.

Somethings starting to happen, but what?? - MM's after 375K in one go, highest level I've seen. Maybe they are anticipating a buying spree soon...….

The longer this goes on the less likely to be a good outcome for shareholders. Assume is an issue/s have been raised in DD. We're also running the risk of them using rising uncertainty around global trade/brexit as an excuse, no doubt combined with the usual slow down/close down of Greece as we move into summer as to why little progress has been made in Crete.

They will then either convert or extend Hillside once again.

If the above does transpire, and I hope it doesn't, will the two notifiable shareholders join in a motion to elect a shareholder NED? With NO II notifiable holdings it will take PI's to act, even in this very moderate way in asking for a shareholder NED

Well from earlier comment on this board, the staff in the Minoan's travel agents have been told they have a new employer from the end of the month. For me that sort of evidence (albeit hearsay) is worth more than any guesstimate of the state of play.

Although we can only speculate on who is the cause for the continued delay of the T&L sale it is frustrating to see this company only releasing snippets of information when they have to i.e. on the deadline for loan repayment or placings. You could be forgiven for thinking that no progress is being made at all...oh, wait.... :S

Eric when you are selling the purchaser will likely have agreed net asset value purchase price.

The Bod expected to complete this sale some time ago the rns of 6 June confirms this.

The delay is clearly due to the purchaser not being able to complete for whatever reason.

It is very frustrating for all interested parties.However because of the Hillside loan
There will have to be an rns in the next few days.

One small factor in delaying travel business sale may be to get maximum lucrative july august school holiday revenue in before sale completes . Balances due 2/ 3 months before departure ! :)

Atlantic yep it's taking longer than anticipated but a deal will be done,you know I've changed my views over the years regarding MIN from negative to positive and visa versa,as an investor/trader you have to as it all depends on what's occuring in a company at any certain time,at the moment and at the current M/C the shares are trading at rock bottom with only around £7/£8m in for CS,yep the Bods have been slow but at the same time they have been after the right deal so I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt and think they will get this across the finishing line ☺

There's one thing for sure when the news drops ( and it will ) the shares will rerate,with an asset valued at anything in-between 50m euro and 100m euro and debt free and a M/C today of around £14m this is at a bargain price,even at 50m euros you have a 3+ bagger on you hands,wood and trees come to mind,do the maths 🤔

Still all to play for. I'm for B) Atlantic, I think A)is too much to hope for from this bod and because of this also have a feeling C)may well be a possibility. But hopefully they will achieve B)and sooooooooon!!

Ok let us have a competition .
The announcement will be :

A ) sale of travel bus completed together with sale of part of cs

B) Sale of travel bus and ongoing talks continuing to sell cs

C) sale of travel bus talks terminated and another rollover of Hillside loan
With more options issued and 10% interest rate confirmed.

Yo have completed in May.

All will be revealed very shortly because
The bod have to update the market on the hillside loan.

The bod certainly have a plan !
