22/6/2018 10:34 | Fireplace you should join the bod | atlantic57
22/6/2018 10:29 | Reportedly a member of staff in the Edinburgh branch of Stewart's travel agents said they have a new owner from the end of the month - no redundancies apparently. Pretty weak but its all we've got! | fireplace22
22/6/2018 10:25 | Why don’t they just convert the hillside Loan to equity. This would save the interest bill .When you look at the valuation of MIn it is always the enterprise value ie debt plus market cap. Who are the people behind hillside are They related to the bod. The bod can continue to drag this out For as long as they want to. The words gross incompetence do not begin To describe the way this has been handled by the Bod. Where is the poster who had sources Who confirmed it would be sorted by the End of May. | atlantic57
22/6/2018 10:08 | I agree Colin that is a possibility on the T+L side. That's why they should have had long term funding in place so they weren't dependent on one party....but alos so they could have even split the company as two listings.... even listed the T+L and delisted Crete for short time to avoid listing costs, but we all maintain our shareholdings. Some small companies do that. | justjill
22/6/2018 09:59 | In fairness to them they're probably holding the board to ransom. I mean, if you're the only interested party and you're aware that the progress of the wider company you're dealing with depends on you buying the T&L business you're going to be squeezing them for everything they're worth. | colinzeal
22/6/2018 09:40 | I think the MMs were expecting lots of sells first thing in the absence of RNS. Would love to understand how they work as organisations these days, obvious teams of staff cover news on different shares, but they must pay attention these days to places likes these bulletin boards. Hence as so many of us are, UNDER STAN ABLY, hacked off, then they try and get ahead of our movements. They got it wrong again this time. | justjill
22/6/2018 09:33 | and what of the potential co-developers of SC, presumably they have been approached and sounded out, are they going to wait indefinitely for the sale of a £6M subsidiary business which is apparently delaying any agreement on development of a £100M plus resort complex? I don't think the board can go at their own pace for much longer. | fireplace22
22/6/2018 09:26 | The more time goes on the less likely a deal will be done. People are now expecting them to announce yet more dilution. Until the larger shareholders request an EGM and give a vote of no-confidence in the board the stock will continue to be sold. I will again state on record that I feel that the current board are out of their depth and have nothing but contempt for the people that feed them. | colinzeal
22/6/2018 09:23 | The ground is full of Gold and Oil, usually with an extremely well remunerated BoD's who never extract a damn thing commercially. Poor comparator but making a point. | pj 1
22/6/2018 09:12 | That is my take on it as well fireplace. DC | daicaprice
22/6/2018 09:09 | The BOD may fall in the POS category but the assets are for real. It's not a case of if now but when. | fireplace22
22/6/2018 09:07 | Took yet another 17,500. DC | daicaprice
22/6/2018 09:03 | Most BB's especially in the POS categories are full of Investors ''topping up''. Most are lies and fake news imo. Also those that do ''top up'' should actually state 'averaging down' as that is what they are doing. Most down charts stay as down charts! Also, how many posters who constantly claim they are ''topping up'' i.e. 'averaging down' then publish when they are selling? | pj 1
22/6/2018 08:59 | One or two taking little nibbles at these hopefully bargain prices, thought about it myself but to be honest getting a little sick of these "top up" opportunities. | scotty1
22/6/2018 08:15 | Somethings afoot... | fireplace22
22/6/2018 08:14 | Got a small buy in at 5.4 limit and it just wont go through? edit - eventually went trough at 5.3. | fireplace22
22/6/2018 08:13 | Not a good start, but probably find out today is the day of the sale! | wi1l
22/6/2018 08:04 | Wtf 9% down on open, obviously got to have an RNS within the next few days and by the look off things it ain't going to be a gud un. | scotty1
21/6/2018 22:24 | TF on the other side, how do you work out I'm eating humble pie?you saw my post from the other day which says I change my stance from positive to negative and visa versa on what I believe is happening in a company and if need be sell at a loss, but what I don't do is hang about for 4 years moaning and posting negatives when I can be making money elswhere, and as I said I still have hope they can seal the deal before month end,if they don't I will sell up probably at a loss and move on,if they can get it done I may or may not hang around for a while to see were they are going from there so you see I'm still slightly positive until I'm not. | scotty1
21/6/2018 16:28 | Hi as you know I also thought/hoped they'd sell the travel side before the loan becomes do,I still hold out hope but looking the way the market is acting I'm beginning to doubt it,hope I'm wrong but they are cutting it fine, just hope we don't see an after hours RNS. | scotty1
21/6/2018 15:51 | Scotty, it looks like MIN has literally turned you to drink :) I've been holding for a while and feel they will cross the line with selling the travel agency before the loan expires. Cutting it fine though. If not then MIN still have an asset worth somewhere between 50m and 100m Euros and a profitable travel company with peak season revenues. Aside from the Lapland business of course! No doubting though that the market wants to see the Hillside loan removed and MIN's sole focus on the CS asset. | nick2412
21/6/2018 15:11 | The BoD ? 😊 | scotty1 |
