Just did the same thing Bodgit, same result, they are going to need to raise the price slightly to gain liquidity here, 2p before a few sellers come out of the woodwork. I can't justify selling any until £20m market cap which must be over 4p, no hurry.

Just did a dummy sale of half a million (which would have been done online without going to the market 'at best') and at 1.38p. Looks like someone wants these? Good luck all.

Looks like an order for £10k has caused this price uplift, just gone through in two tranches, just illustrates how the liquidity here will mean a bit of Dalradian news flow and this will be 4p very quickly.

Lendmeafiver.I am now informed that you were indeed correct in that the agm will be in Dublin. It will also be on circa the same date as last year Ie 30/11.

Interesting John Teeling quote in the Irish times from back in July that I missed at the time:

“I’m an optimist and see some small shoots of revival in commodity prices,” said Teeling. “Oil is back up to around $50 a barrel, while other commodities are also coming back. Zinc, for example, is now at about $2,000 per tonne. Irish zinc is profitable at that and, as I see it, what Botswana is for diamonds, Ireland is for zinc [Teeling has interests in both areas]. There’s also a good future for gold in Ireland led by Dalradian in Co Tyrone.”

I'd say there could be thousands of Irish going especially now as they are drilling in county Westmeath with the drillsite only a few miles from where Michael O'Leary keeps his bulls. Surely that's a good omen.

Right, thanks fiachra, do you know if that meeting has been confirmed anywhere yet?

Me but the best that Mr Kearney would promise last year was an information meeting in Dublin as he said the the agm would again be in Canada

Talking of the AGM, I expect it will be in Dublin this year, is anyone here Ireland based and likely to attend?

Sit down slowly Guys, I feel a spike or two coming on. There should be a lot more important news between now and AGM time which is about ten weeks away.

I do find it amusing that the release of major Dalradian news last week coupled with an improving gold price does absolutely nothing to the share price but the announcement of some drilling at a new site sets the share price off all be it on small volume.

Drilling set to begin at moate, quite a modest initial drilling program, we should hear results before year end id hope.

Bloody good time to have some good gold and silver assets, both flying again, maybe the market will get it soon......

In that case a 0.5p per annum dividend for 12+ years will be fine instead!

If Minco really believes that Dalradian's mine gets built it may be better to just wait and do nothing. A cash flowing royalty @ 3 - 4 million USD per annum is worth a lot more than a royalty on a mine that may or may not get built.

Ok just a partial one, say a dividend of 1p per share would be fine, the other £5m can be blown on zinc assets, plus another special dividend when they sell the silver assets.

If I was on the board I would be negotiating that deal with Dalradian now.

Where would minco be likely to invest the "£10m", pennines and woodstock seem to be on the long finger, moate we know nothing about, prehaps lundberg/buchans?

I agree sm9, if you were Dalradian you would be crazy to wait until full approval and build underway, especially if you took a look at the MIO market cap at £6m, I would just offer MIO £10m of Dalradian equity now, given the current MIO price the board would struggle to turn it down.

Only a matter of time before this is reflected in mio share price, think the next month or so we will mio around 2p...i personnaly think daldarian will buy out mio percentage then they have a clear run without anyone, and they would want to do this before planning otherwise it alot lot more......

pacific and minco hold all of the cards in terms of asset legal charges so it's no surprise that there is some uncertainty with respect to the value of the equity in Xtierra at the moment, MIO is in a good position as its not just an equity holder.
