15/9/2016 13:39 | Dal are supposed to produce 112,000 ozs pa at full production. That,s 150 mil pounds at today's price. Our share would be 3 MIL PA. We look for 15 Mil (5 yrs), they'll offer 5 Mil and we'll settle for 12,000,000 good ole Pounds. All say AYE !!!! Another way could be the share price MIO almost 2p, Dal is in the range 80-90 ie 40-1. If Dal don't want to pay out cash they issue shares to Minco shareholders at,say, 20-1. All vote now. | marthy
15/9/2016 12:40 | There are numerous ways to valuate the royalty. I have provided some of them here. I encourage others to do the same as well. | jdgeus75
15/9/2016 09:12 | Very interesting ref cash, surely they will make an offer, £5m cash plus £10m of equity will be fine thanks, how can the market value Dalradian at £227m but the holder of the NSR at £7m! | lendmeafiver
15/9/2016 08:36 | Dalradian is cashed up again. September 15, 2016 "Dalradian Announces Proceeds of $24.5 Million from Warrant Exercises" "Following the October Warrant Admission, the Company will have in issue 241,494,276 Common Shares" 241,494,276 Common Shares * GBP 0.94 Share price = GBP 227,004,619 Market Cap | jdgeus75
14/9/2016 23:37 | With todays news, mincos investment in dalradian must be worth close to £5m per year. | ardtole
14/9/2016 19:45 | Not heard that, which BB was it on? I'm sure Dalradian would like to buy it for £5m, no way MIO board would accept that, maybe £5m cash plus some equity tied in for 12 months. | lendmeafiver
14/9/2016 18:14 | Theres a mention in other bulliton boards that daldarian will buy out minco share, however it will be well below the estimated rate, the mention is around 5-6million, which is an absolute disgrace if true..has anybody else heard or hearing anything... | sm9
14/9/2016 17:59 | Agree highly significant | lendmeafiver
14/9/2016 16:25 | Todays news really is signifigant. A rerate of our share price really is long overdue. | ardtole
14/9/2016 16:19 | Dalradian going through the roof as further great news flow coming from there, I expect we are starting to see that being reflected here, should be £20m market cap here really by now (I sound like a broken record I know), we are currently at circa £7m market cap I think, beyond rediculous. | lendmeafiver
14/9/2016 14:46 | Been happening for a few days now at least, someone happy to pick up any loose share floating about... | sm9
09/9/2016 13:20 | I don't think I'm being greedy asking for circa £20m market cap either given Dalradian value. | lendmeafiver
09/9/2016 11:05 | Yes agree can see 2p happening very very shortly, virtually no stock about... | sm9
09/9/2016 09:31 | Just did the same thing Bodgit, same result, they are going to need to raise the price slightly to gain liquidity here, 2p before a few sellers come out of the woodwork. I can't justify selling any until £20m market cap which must be over 4p, no hurry. | lendmeafiver
09/9/2016 09:12 | Just did a dummy sale of half a million (which would have been done online without going to the market 'at best') and at 1.38p. Looks like someone wants these? Good luck all. | bodgit
08/9/2016 14:38 | Looks like an order for £10k has caused this price uplift, just gone through in two tranches, just illustrates how the liquidity here will mean a bit of Dalradian news flow and this will be 4p very quickly. | lendmeafiver
07/9/2016 23:45 | Thanks fiachra, appreciated and good news | lendmeafiver
07/9/2016 22:06 | Lendmeafiver.I am now informed that you were indeed correct in that the agm will be in Dublin. It will also be on circa the same date as last year Ie 30/11. | fiachra
07/9/2016 16:39 | Interesting John Teeling quote in the Irish times from back in July that I missed at the time: “I’m an optimist and see some small shoots of revival in commodity prices,” said Teeling. “Oil is back up to around $50 a barrel, while other commodities are also coming back. Zinc, for example, is now at about $2,000 per tonne. Irish zinc is profitable at that and, as I see it, what Botswana is for diamonds, Ireland is for zinc [Teeling has interests in both areas]. There’s also a good future for gold in Ireland led by Dalradian in Co Tyrone.” | lendmeafiver
07/9/2016 16:34 | zinc is $2300 thats why | resourceful
07/9/2016 15:46 | I'd say there could be thousands of Irish going especially now as they are drilling in county Westmeath with the drillsite only a few miles from where Michael O'Leary keeps his bulls. Surely that's a good omen. | marthy
07/9/2016 15:40 | Right, thanks fiachra, do you know if that meeting has been confirmed anywhere yet? | lendmeafiver
07/9/2016 13:39 | Me but the best that Mr Kearney would promise last year was an information meeting in Dublin as he said the the agm would again be in Canada | fiachra
07/9/2016 13:26 | Talking of the AGM, I expect it will be in Dublin this year, is anyone here Ireland based and likely to attend? | lendmeafiver |
