12/8/2016 09:49 | Yes Daldarian share price has incresed 100% in under a year, when they announce the details of the feasability study, they will rocket, and i see the same for minco, anything under 3p looks good value now... | sm9
11/8/2016 18:57 | 3p per share is not impossible for the NSR alone | jdgeus75
11/8/2016 18:36 | jdgeus75 is the man with the best views on what a good Dalradian deal would be but I would like to see the equivalent of 3p a MIO share for it alone, anything less than that would be a poor deal. | lendmeafiver
11/8/2016 16:51 | Dalradian continues to surge | lendmeafiver
11/8/2016 13:48 | @lfc4ever referring to the discussion 2 days ago...what would you consider undervalued? and what would be a fair value and why? | jdgeus75
11/8/2016 11:56 | xag up again too. | lfc4ever
10/8/2016 18:51 | News from Dalradian obviously the big announcement in waiting. But news from buchans properties, lundberg, moate and xtierra all due soon. Only pennines and woodstock unlikely to provide news in the short term. | ardtole
10/8/2016 18:26 | Think the penny will drop very soon...just get the feeling everything is alinging nicely and minco will take off soon to much value for it not too... | sm9
10/8/2016 16:13 | Dalradian hitting 80s already, really flying, when will the penny drop here! | lendmeafiver
10/8/2016 15:56 | Brilliant Marthy, love the commitment | lendmeafiver
10/8/2016 12:22 | haha Marthy. I appreciate that you keep the share price above 1.30P :) | jdgeus75
10/8/2016 12:20 | IT WAS MEEEE wot bought 1140 shares at 1.345P. As JD 75 pointed out a few days ago those small deals at the bottom of the spread make the share price look weak. Two can play that game. I have all the shares in Mio I want but I also have a few spare Tenners that I can use just to annoy these guys who want to mess around my Minco. Will any of you guys join me in buying a tenner's worth at the top of the spread when the messers buy a tenners worth at the bottom. That will keep us amused while we wait for the big jump. Don't all go together, just one at a time please. | marthy
10/8/2016 07:18 | The share price movements over the recent days will certainly help Dalradian in making an offer. There are a number of new articles online after a period of not so much marketing. So the articles are 1. preparing us for different feasibility numbers, 2. getting some market attention and potentially use the higher share price to do an acquisition (potentially our royalty). | jdgeus75
09/8/2016 23:52 | Dalradian share price really moving again today, maybe an early offer for the NSR in the form of Dalradian stock would be a good idea? | lendmeafiver
09/8/2016 22:59 | It's more like Dalradian NSR 3p, Zinc Assets 1p, cash and other assets 0.5p = 4.5p conservative valuation | lendmeafiver
09/8/2016 12:04 | @lfc4ever what would you consider undervalued? and what would you consider a fair valuation? | jdgeus75
09/8/2016 12:03 | The worry is that they sell the Dalradian royalty at a price which, like the Pallas Green sale, we consider to be a gross undervaluation. (Can't believe that was 5 years ago!!) | lfc4ever
09/8/2016 10:22 | Based on my previous post I will update my estimated Net Present Value of the royalty. I used $1300 gold, a 6% discount factor, 12 years of production with an average of 120.000 ounces per year. This results in a NPV of USD 24.85 million or GBP 19.13 million. If there will be an acquisition, I expect it to be at 0.65 - 0.75x NPV so in the GBP 12.43 - 14.35 million range (0.026 - 0.03 per share). This is not including Minco's other assets (GBP 2 million cash, GBP 1 million Xtierra, and a certain value for Buchans, Woodstock and the exploration properties) | jdgeus75
09/8/2016 10:14 | I don't think the feasibility study itself will be a catalyst for Minco. A recent Independent article about Dalradian Resources includes a couple of ''new figures''. (hxxp://www.independ The PEA showed an average production of 163.000 ounces which results in annual turnover of USD 195 - 212 million depending on gold price (1200 - 1300). This article talks about GBP 120 million (USD 157 mllion) and 120.000 ounces. Since they have talked to Dalradian's Chairman Rutherford I think this article is preparing us for lower production numbers. So I assume that Dalradian will focus on lower production and lower strip ratio to keep lower cash costs. Based on this article I think the feas will show a 12 or 13 year mine life at 120.000 ounces / year. I think the catalyst for the Minco will either be the mining approval or an acquisition of the royalty by Dalradian (which may come before the feas to improve the economics of the feas). Royalty cash flow in that scenario (at 1300 gold): USD 3.1 million / year. | jdgeus75
09/8/2016 09:08 | Dalradian share price in a real surge over the last two days, feasibility study can't be far away, maybe then the market will wake up to the significant link between the performance at Dalradian and impact on MIO. | lendmeafiver
05/8/2016 16:11 | Agree, I really would like to think that by the end of this calendar year MIO will be valued something slightly more realistically, 2p Dalradian NSR, 1p Zinc Assets, 0.5p cash and near cash and other investments ie 3.5p ish would seem reasonable and hardly crazy valuations. If gold, silver and zinc keep climbing then something like that will be extremely likely surely, especially with the PR around Dalradian and its Planning Application due Q3/Q4. | lendmeafiver
05/8/2016 15:19 | Most of it not all of minco investments seems to be coming of value, which is good news as i think daldarian will buy minco share out sooner or later as its better to have absolute soll rights over a project so huge...massive cash coming our way hopefully.....and think managment have high hopes for buchans and with the chinese..exciting times....... | sm9
05/8/2016 08:52 | At 0.075 the XAG shares Minco owns (if they still own 30M shares) are worth 2.25 million Canadian Dollar. | jdgeus75
05/8/2016 08:19 | 25% rise in XAG | lfc4ever
04/8/2016 10:00 | Someone just sold 1739 shares on the bid. Huge transaction. GBP 20 of shares. I guess he/she made a lot of money | jdgeus75 |
