Last trading statement from this one was really positive and first glance they look a good turnaround story over the next few quarters. How come the markets been letting Rob terry have the shares so cheap? £3m cap at this level and he was buying at 2p and under? Absurd market at times.

Thats how they are getting the stock, some in the market and some coming back from friends and family.

Tweet below clearly states QPT the vehicle QPE sold the stake to at 7.5p sold or transferred them on to 'family and friends'.

So they likely have nearer 20% than 5%.

Didn't Robert Terry get involved in IMTK AFTER he was ousted from & had dumped his shares in Quindell?

I'm always amazed at the speed with which mugs rush to entangle their money with Robert Terry, the dodgiest man on the UK stock markets.

Yes i see who been buying and they will continue to buy. Last time he bought upto 8.5p but because of other commitments quite didn't go full steam ahead. This time having disposed of Quindell i do not think they have a chance ;-)!!

Can't wait for fireworks tomorrow after seeing the after hours RNS!!
