Thanks Badgateway!!

I think some are very very bitter that they have sold out and or missed the rise. Simple economics, supply & demand!! Very very little free float and a somebody is desperate for the shares.

Today's market cap is pittance of £3.6M and should be substantially higher!!

Let's just wait for the offer!!

think those calling this a pump & dump need to read the last trading statement.

"Sales momentum continues with further new customer wins

Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the innovation company, is pleased to announce trading in the third quarter of the year was positive, continuing the momentum from the first half of the year.

Gross bookings for the three months ended 31 December 2015 were GBP1.28m, slightly higher than what was also a strong quarter in the prior year (Q3 FY15: GBP1.26m). The Company enjoyed success both with new customer signings and importantly delivering a series of contract renewals. Five new clients were signed in the quarter (Q3 FY15: 6) across a range of industries including a major international professional services firm, a global food services and facilities business, and a global defence and aerospace business.

The strength of Imaginatik's offering, which combines the power of its unique software with its innovative consultancy practice, continues to be a valuable differentiator for the Company in securing new business.

Trading in the final quarter of the year is progressing well, securing four further consultancy contracts, two of which are with new US customers, including one of the world's most iconic apparel and footwear brands. These contracts will be substantially delivered over the current and subsequent quarter.

Matt Cooper, Non-Executive Chairman, commented: "This is another strong quarter of trading, marking a clear turning point in our revitalisation of Imaginatik. Having built a unique offering within the international innovation marketplace, we are seeing a steady flow of new customer numbers and a growing demand for our consulting and innovation advisory work to complement our robust technology offerings, leading to a more secure financial footing and exciting prospects for the future."

Rob terry has been trying to buy these at 2p a share and thats too cheap. The market knows it so the sps rising. Simple really and not a pump and dump.

Rob Terry's involvement in any company is the biggest red flag known to investors in the UK.

Any company so cursed is toxic & becomes a barge pole company the instant Terry's involvement is known.

The only people ramping this are mugs who are trapped & underwater from the first Terry debacle & looking to sucker in fresh mug money so they can get out.

Don't be a mug.

Super,

Your making it sound like he has multiple millions stashed away in Panama!!

David Cameron is a perfect example of how you can be PM and get away with it!!

Bernie Madoff was running a "pyramid scheme" and people got sucked in. Now you can call that silly and fraudulent!!

Throwing accusations at good business men trying to do what they suppose to do is what I say "a bit wet behind the ears"

Watch & learn.

'How many...' - lots - all it needs is that the directors are prepared to go to jail to achieve it. By your standards, Bernie Madoff did a pretty good job.

'I call it...' - don't be silly.

This company has a very good blue chip client base. Qui sell went from a start up to a 3 billion market cap. Now that's what I call shareholder value. I think the same can happen here again. Proven winners do it over and over again.
