'The next board-level discussions with Imaginatik are planned for the 19th August. These will include the Chairman of Imaginatik, who is also the largest IMTK shareholder, with a holding of circa 27%.'

Düsseldorf, RT is buying more shares I see this week, should we start to see the share price moving north? Very little shares about!

Düsseldorf this is also what I believe will happen not sure if he will reverse QPE but will definitely use it to acquire more companies for quick growth. Would assume he has learnt allot of lessons from QPP. Would love to see that letter sent to the board of IMTK for his intentions, would if he will become a director any time soon!

Seems to me that Quob are suggesting they might want to reverse into IMTK, or use it as a vehicle for funding acquisitions using new equity in IMTK at a significant premium to current price. All plausible I guess.

Is this a veiled threat to Imaginatik's directors that unless it agrees to become
Mr Terry's vending vehicle, Quob Park could use its voting rights to de-list them.


If Imaginatik's board wish to adopt an acquisition strategy, we are positioned to
rapidly assist with acquisitions which are willing to take IMTK stock as currency.
We currently question why the company remains listed, unless it intends to spread
its cost by acquiring, for stock, technology divisions and consultancy businesses.
This is an issue we will address in our open letter to the board.

I am watching. RT isn't stupid whether you think he is a crook or not so would of seen this coming and would have solicitors all over it advising him best action. Therefore if any problems you wouldn't be building a company with stakes in overs. Think about!

Sorry, no more of time is worth it here. Without rt money, this is 3p a pop. It's difficult to buy shares when your assets have been frozen.

Hey kid, care to explain? RT has been buying more today, so no doubt will see and rns soon with an increased holding.... If this gets shorted it shorted more then the share price will fail and RT will continue to buy them. There isn't many shares in circulation so surely the share price will have to increase at some point. Let's keep this friendly, always want hear oppositions opinion, thanks

Can only assume the interest in IMTK is due to there location and similar industries as QPP and TIG. Why wait for 7.75 when you can purchase at 8p such little difference when 10/11p should be easily reached? I agree about the reverse takeover bit.RT has this down for 20p or more in the short term and has already sent letters to the bod with his intentions, would love to read that letter! Admittedly my average is 7p will have to asses exit once above 10p although 20p does sound interesting.Not many shares about.

Ive been watching a while and waiting for a marker in trading results to buy in. A bit frustrated really that RT turned up and took most 'cheap' stock. That said I'm riding with a small amount to the seemingly enevitable 10/11p mark where quob indicate they stop buying.Not sure what to make of Quob stating in their fundraiser text that they will accept IMTK shares as 'payment', i suspect they are about to acquire a stake via Chairman meeting etc.. from the director (payment of IMTK shares for stake in Quob) and class it as funding for Quob. Smells a little like a route to a reverse acquisition, but why IMTK - plenty of cheaper shells options out there. If the price hits 11/12p thats me out. Entry is 7.75p.
