On twitter Quob say they will keep buying and point out that they can go to 29.9% without restriction!

Yep and they are continuing to purchase more shares.Assume this is going to be the vehicle QPE use to do a reverse takeover. IMTK seem in similar markets to QPP which I assume QPE will buy other parts of QPP. My guess any how. But with RT buying more then the share price has to increase. I am here for a good time, not a long time!

I think it means something like 'they help companies to innovate, using their unique software and skills' but imtk is congenitally incapable of straight talking.

A pity, because I've always thought there was something worthwhile underneath it all that's masked by useless verbiage.

It's good to see that AIM is living down to its reputation...

On 23/6/15 Hargreave Hale sold 3M shares. Who bought them? If it's an existing holder, surely an RNS would have been due?

Since Rob Terry's first declared purchase, also on the 23rd June for shares bought on the 19th June, around 60M shares have changed hands. Assuming they went through market makers, that makes around 30M real buys and sells each - almost half the company. Yet we've only seen RNSs for less than about 5M.

Were they really all day-traders just trying to scalp the odd penny? Or have the bigger players continued to move large holdings around, but failed to declare it?

I think we should be told...
