23/6/2015 07:55 | Imaginatik Plc ("Imaginatik" or the "Company") Holdings in Company The Company announces that on 22 June 2015 it received notification from Mr Robert Terry that following the purchase of 1,007,500 shares on 19 June 2015 at prices of between 3.42p and 6.22p he held, directly and via Quob Park Estate, 2,507,500 shares representing 3.032% of the issued share capital of Imaginatik plc. | liquid millionaire
22/6/2015 20:05 | 3% of shares in issue is around 2.5M shares: 13.5M shares changed hands today, couple of million on Friday - quite enough to trigger an RNS or two. I guess Terry might have accumulated 15% or so if he was determined? Still a way to go before a bid becomes mandatory, but there's not much point that I can see in holding a medium size stake in a tiddler like this. Unless of course you think its business is about to go through the roof, but surely a somewhat unlikely possibility given the history. The next few days will hopefully prove enlightening, although this is of course AIM... | supernumerary

22/6/2015 13:16 | Terry certainly hasn't got much of a track record so far as I can see. I suspect that as IMTK has little to shout about on it's own, the pull back could be even more dramatic than the recent rise. | diamond1
22/6/2015 11:47 | This is one to wait for pullback after sense and sensibility prevails.IMHO | red army
22/6/2015 10:29 | Strange situation this. Looks like IMTK is being used like a 'Shell' by Rob Terry. | diamond1

22/6/2015 07:55 | IMTK QUOB PARK ESTATES Rob Terry lol DAN effect coming The former boss of Quindell has resurfaced with a fresh stock market venture – and already begun intervening in his former firm. Rob Terry was ousted last year after he was accused of selling shares while sitting on price-sensitive information. But a little-known vehicle – Quob Park Estate – headed by Terry has begun drawing attention to itself. Yesterday shareholders in Quindell voted to sell the vast majority of the business to an Australian law firm Slater and Gordon for £700million. Prior to the vote, Quob described itself as a ‘core shareholder’ in Quindell, and said it would back the motion. It is unknown how large its stake in Quindell is, though it has not yet reached the 3 per cent threshold that requires it to disclose its shareholding to the stock exchange. | liquid millionaire
