06/6/2016 11:16 | Very odd. A £27 buy first thing and now a £50 buy. I've never seen such strange purchases. I've seen silly sales as holders tidy up an old portfolio but £27 & £50 buys!!Puzzled. | phil1969
06/6/2016 09:45 | Now a 174 trade following the two 274 trades in May. What do you make of that phil1969? | yogaboy
02/6/2016 17:11 | Well that's four week since the last "funding round". Waiting for news... | yogaboy
25/5/2016 13:23 | Three sales, total about 7 grand. Nothing to panic about. That last must have hit the "Sell at whatever" button. | yogaboy
25/5/2016 12:55 | This is going south until brexit unfortunately | adthorn
25/5/2016 11:45 | Is your finger hovering yet Scotty? | yogaboy
18/5/2016 13:20 | A trade every 2 hours! | nevik2
18/5/2016 13:16 | Double down! | yogaboy
18/5/2016 12:51 | Lol yoga,Yep, looks like someone has raided the piggy bank. Twice!!! There goes another. Either MM is now only selling in £50 tranches or someone has found another £50 down the sofa. | phil1969
18/5/2016 12:19 | Phil it's code for "someone just invested fifty quid" ;) | yogaboy
18/5/2016 12:13 | I have a feeling that news will come but after Brexit vote when markets have settled down as clearly any transactions will, I think, involve Euro countries. | loobrush
18/5/2016 10:49 | A 274 trade has gone through. Code for...... :-) | phil1969
17/5/2016 22:55 | I have tried researching on our new companies we have a link with, but I don't get very far. I'm sure we will have a lot more to do with Mylux and multipay in the future. Mylux being a new company, is what an investment Co.? No doubt then they will want to raise capital from the markets if that's the game. HWC is in a position to do that. | nevik2
17/5/2016 14:42 | Don't all rush at once!! | andrewbatchelor
17/5/2016 14:08 | Not being sarcastic, but is the next news likely to be more directors' loans? | andrewbatchelor
17/5/2016 08:23 | Always the same with shells, its not quite got the pace and thrills of Fx trading!!! I am sat also in EVRH since last week (spun out of AVP) which may be worth some initial research if you fancy something VR related to see what happens in that space in the coming years, also have over 3% holding in PIRI hoping for an RTO or value from their core asset. If you guys have any other clean shells that are main or aim listed, trading for peanuts please let me know. Thanks | scotty666
17/5/2016 08:04 | All a bit quiet these days around here. | nevik2
16/5/2016 16:11 | You might yet see it before the next news Scotty. | yogaboy
04/5/2016 14:36 | Its all speculation and good debate but for me its a hold and wait, something is happening its just a matter of when. If it tickles 14p I will be grabbing a few more. | scotty666
04/5/2016 14:31 | flying might be stretching it a tad.Interesting all the same, I can't think HWC exists for just the purpose of passing on a little money it just borrowed. I suppose the loan could get converted to shares at some point if some deal is being struck. Is there any benefit in lending money then converting to shares for either party I am not aware of? | nevik2
04/5/2016 13:36 | yes. we are definitely flying under the radar. | yogaboy
04/5/2016 13:32 | If something big is around the corner wouldn't the trading be a bit more active? | nevik2
04/5/2016 09:13 | I don't think so nevik, there's more to this than meets the eye. They have lent out £89k while borrowing £102k, both on two-year terms. Net effect, another £13k of two-year ongoing funding for HWC. The last £20k was about six weeks' worth, so this covers another four weeks. Lending on the remaining £89k is either "deeply mysterious" or "intriguing" depending on how patient/forgiving/tr | yogaboy
03/5/2016 15:47 | As it stands HWC is in the banking business, I can't see HWC being part of a reverse takeover if it's lending and borrowing. Maybe HWC is going to become just that, a money lender? | nevik2 |
