03/5/2016 07:10 | So where is that rns pointing to? We borrowed some money to lend some money. | nevik2
29/4/2016 09:52 | They have a full squad on the board now and Wheatley has recently been given a fond farwell so not long now imo. | scotty666
29/4/2016 09:34 | Four weeks since the £20k loan was announced.Positions taken.Flat line on the chart.Tension mounting..... | yogaboy
26/4/2016 15:00 | ANDREW the previous loan was £120k on 15 July 2015. Then this one of £20k on 31 March 2016, i.e. 36 weeks later.
If the loans are funding ongoing running costs, then the £20k will last about 6 weeks, as phil1969 has already calculated somewhere above. If they are only being introduced for specific transactions, then it's anybody's guess.
Either way, this seems to be coming to a head one way or another. | yogaboy
26/4/2016 12:56 | I look forward to hearing it nevik. | yogaboy
26/4/2016 12:54 | How much longer will the £20K last? | andrewbatchelor
26/4/2016 12:21 | The Directors are supporting the running expenses with loans, until now at least. | scotty666
26/4/2016 12:07 | Can someone please help me. How long will it be before the money runs out? | andrewbatchelor
26/4/2016 10:51 | Still no deal for me with HWC and Isa transfer, I have requested an explanation. | nevik2
25/4/2016 13:04 | New Directors buying a shareholding is the next signal I think, however that may come the same time as a deal, so just have to be patient I suppose. | loobrush
25/4/2016 12:41 | I guess so loobrush. It's easy to imagine that someone regularly mentioned in RNS is somehow more connected to the company than any other private individual. In fact you are probably right, he has no more idea what's going on than we do.
It's never wrong to take a profit, as the old adage goes, so it might well be that that's what we are seeing. | yogaboy
25/4/2016 12:13 | Paul Fellerman has been a holder for a long time and has been in and out of the share making a profit each time, selling those shares he has probably banked up to 100% profit so who can blame him taking some of the table. With his remaining holding -still a large slice,he is probably in for free. He probably knows no more of the future plans than we do. | loobrush
25/4/2016 10:01 | There's a mystery at the heart of this phase, though. If the prospects are as good as the emerging details suggest, then why did major shareholder Paul Fellerman halve his holding from 1.1m to 560k in the first couple of weeks of April?I just can't square that with what's happening. | yogaboy
25/4/2016 09:02 | So new team in place and DW gone with a small handshake. Lets hope to see some action soon and fingers xxd existing shareholders somehow get an opportunity to partake in any bigger plans. | scotty666
21/4/2016 08:21 | Nevis, although TD's Bed & ISA service is all online from the investor's point of view, it is handled by a real live person at the other end.If memory serves, there were once rules that required PEP/ISA investments to be bona fide trading companies (rather than investment companies or shells) and maybe that hasn't been updated in your online broker's algorithm. Just a thought, and a phone call should sort it. | yogaboy
21/4/2016 07:40 | suspension first, then gap up!!!!!! | crapcrap
20/4/2016 20:08 | Good day, things are falling into place, but what will they reverse into highway ?
What ever its 23p will be Far behind.gla. | theshareguru
20/4/2016 14:24 | This has to be the best kept secret on the market. The dormant shell has been idle for over 3 years and the last few months RNS's have been pretty low key but to the trained eye, should be a screaming buy signal. Large quantities of stock hard to come by but the institutions won't care because there are only 8.7m of a possible 50m shares currently issued. And only 20% of the 8.7m are accessible. When HWC's plans are made apparent, a massive amount of funds could be made available when these shares are released without a diluting affect on existing shareholders. Interesting to see DW awarded 150,000 warrants on top of the 5% (400,000 shares) holding he already has. Looks like he will be keeping hold of them as he probably knows the near term potential otherwise he wouldn't have negotiated more. | phil1969
20/4/2016 13:25 | yogaboy, I need to have words then. Everytime I try computer says No. | nevik2
20/4/2016 12:58 | Back on 1st September last year Bruce Rowan stepped
down from the Board of his ISDX investment company
Gledhow Investments.
He resigned from the Board for health reasons.
He has been the major shareholder of this company (83%) for most
of its history, it was floated on 2000.
I am guessing he will step away from Highway shortly, with a suitable
golden parachute. | nextlink
20/4/2016 11:32 | The 72,577 and 71,782 are my Bed & ISA transactions. Out at 21p, in at 21.06 plus transaction costs. Great service from TD.
Went through without a hitch, Nevik. | yogaboy
20/4/2016 11:29 | Good news- as shows action is beginning.I expect new directors should take up a shareholding soon maybe by issue of new shares to bring some cash in to and news of what is intended here.
The 20p options granted to Wheatley indicates that share price should be much higher than 20p in the future. | loobrush
20/4/2016 10:21 | Also another loose end tied up. Looking very solid now. | yogaboy
20/4/2016 10:12 | that's a nice lot of options as a golden hand shake, just over 1% of the company.
nice work if you can get it!!!! | crapcrap
15/4/2016 18:46 | Two weeks have now passed since Maciej Szytko
loaned Highway Capital £20K.
As another poster stated it only gives six weeks,
give or take a week, before more funds are needed.
Now it is entirely possible another insider looking
to lock in a holding may pop up and lend more.
I don't think that will happen, rather before mid May we will have answers.
One thing is puzzling me, when will our Chairman, Ludwik
Sobolewski take a stake.
I can't see him building under 3%.
More a large chunk in one transaction, perhaps from Bruce Rowan
moving on and an immediate Holding Notice.
He may be bringing the new company onboard, but to fully benefit
he will want a large chunk of Highway Capital beforehand. | nextlink
