21/4/2016 09:21 | Nevis, although TD's Bed & ISA service is all online from the investor's point of view, it is handled by a real live person at the other end.If memory serves, there were once rules that required PEP/ISA investments to be bona fide trading companies (rather than investment companies or shells) and maybe that hasn't been updated in your online broker's algorithm. Just a thought, and a phone call should sort it. | yogaboy
21/4/2016 08:40 | suspension first, then gap up!!!!!! | crapcrap
20/4/2016 21:08 | Good day, things are falling into place, but what will they reverse into highway ? What ever its 23p will be Far behind.gla. | theshareguru
20/4/2016 15:24 | This has to be the best kept secret on the market. The dormant shell has been idle for over 3 years and the last few months RNS's have been pretty low key but to the trained eye, should be a screaming buy signal. Large quantities of stock hard to come by but the institutions won't care because there are only 8.7m of a possible 50m shares currently issued. And only 20% of the 8.7m are accessible. When HWC's plans are made apparent, a massive amount of funds could be made available when these shares are released without a diluting affect on existing shareholders. Interesting to see DW awarded 150,000 warrants on top of the 5% (400,000 shares) holding he already has. Looks like he will be keeping hold of them as he probably knows the near term potential otherwise he wouldn't have negotiated more. | phil1969
20/4/2016 14:25 | yogaboy, I need to have words then. Everytime I try computer says No. | nevik2
20/4/2016 13:58 | Back on 1st September last year Bruce Rowan stepped down from the Board of his ISDX investment company Gledhow Investments. He resigned from the Board for health reasons. He has been the major shareholder of this company (83%) for most of its history, it was floated on 2000. I am guessing he will step away from Highway shortly, with a suitable golden parachute. | nextlink
20/4/2016 12:32 | The 72,577 and 71,782 are my Bed & ISA transactions. Out at 21p, in at 21.06 plus transaction costs. Great service from TD. Went through without a hitch, Nevik. | yogaboy
20/4/2016 12:29 | Good news- as shows action is beginning.I expect new directors should take up a shareholding soon maybe by issue of new shares to bring some cash in to and news of what is intended here. The 20p options granted to Wheatley indicates that share price should be much higher than 20p in the future. | loobrush
20/4/2016 11:21 | Also another loose end tied up. Looking very solid now. | yogaboy
20/4/2016 11:12 | that's a nice lot of options as a golden hand shake, just over 1% of the company. nice work if you can get it!!!! | crapcrap
15/4/2016 19:46 | Two weeks have now passed since Maciej Szytko loaned Highway Capital £20K. As another poster stated it only gives six weeks, give or take a week, before more funds are needed. Now it is entirely possible another insider looking to lock in a holding may pop up and lend more. I don't think that will happen, rather before mid May we will have answers. One thing is puzzling me, when will our Chairman, Ludwik Sobolewski take a stake. I can't see him building under 3%. More a large chunk in one transaction, perhaps from Bruce Rowan moving on and an immediate Holding Notice. He may be bringing the new company onboard, but to fully benefit he will want a large chunk of Highway Capital beforehand. | nextlink
15/4/2016 19:14 | 15 April according to the rns. | patientcapital
15/4/2016 17:53 | RNS 15th April-Fellerman reducing his stake a bit as he does from time to time. Still has large holding so probably just a bit of profit taking. | loobrush
08/4/2016 09:49 | phil thanks for the post, seems like a reasonable link. We will see with time but whatever they reverse in I firmly believe it will be big given the players and time lapsed. | scotty666
07/4/2016 10:16 | Thanks for the alert Nevik2, I'll chase it along. The regulations don't immediately appear to support that view, however:7. (2) Qualifying investments for a stocks and shares component to which paragraph (1) refers are -(a) shares, not being shares in an investment trust, -(i) issued by a company wherever incorporated, and(ii) subject to paragraph (3), either officially listed on a recognised stock exchange or, in the European Economic Area, admitted to trading on a recognised stock exchange. | yogaboy
07/4/2016 08:37 | Yogaboy my ISA would not let me buy HWC, they reckon it doesn't qualify for an ISA. | nevik2
07/4/2016 07:49 | Someone mentioned on this board or another, (no time to look back), about the Polish Post office going for an IPO in 2016 and the benefits of a dual listing with a London main listing. Looking at the directors experience and contacts an IPO of this size and its Polish links is right up their street. Check out the bullet point about wanting banking and insurance to be a key element. This arm of the business will certainly have more credibility with strong links to London. Polish Post wants to be a partner of choice for companies in the e-commerce sector. Parcels and services to drive growth. Twofold increase in revenues from parcels and service chain for e-commerce sector exceeding 1.5 billion PLN Banking and insurance services as well as digital services to become key element in the stabilization of Polish Post revenues Strategy of Polish Post as an answer to challenges involved in taking on responsibilities of the designated operator. Polish Post as the strategic element in the state infrastructure as the national postal and logistical operator Preparations for 2016 IPO Polish Post as cost-effective business - net ROE above 10 percent. and savings program of 1.5 billion PLN Polish Post wants to invest more than 1.5 billion PLN in the development of the postal infrastructure by 2019 hxxp://www.posteurop All of the above is just a bit of research based on someone else's hint that this planned IPO may be linked to HWC in someway. IMHO | phil1969
06/4/2016 19:20 | Hmm... I'm working a Bed & ISA at the mo, hope it won't cost too much on the turn. Gotta be better in the long run though. | yogaboy
06/4/2016 16:51 | Take a look at that chart and the volume over the last week, if it wasn't for PF helping out WNTS would have had to close the book as I don't think they would have found a level where volume sellers will be active without losing money on the way up. The chart suggests consolidation back at 20p by the end of the week if the buyers have dried up but I'm biased and more inclined to think we will see a breakout above the previous high of 24p, the chart it primed and ready to go. | phil1969
06/4/2016 16:47 | WNTS books nicely balanced again. They desperately trying to keep a neutral book, they don't want to go short at any level. | phil1969
06/4/2016 16:42 | 666 highway 66 ? | theshareguru
06/4/2016 16:38 | Sell 25k is it Paul at 22p ,then reported sell at 22.25 I think may be a buy To square the books up at the end of day, and well the 666 very strange. | theshareguru
06/4/2016 16:21 | Another odd trade, this is the third one, the first time it happened it was a buy and the share went on a 3 day 60% increase. The next time it happened it was a sell and we had a 1 day dip. Now we have a 666 buy (£156.51)at full offer. I'm a little superstitious and 666 has always been a lucky number for me appearing in all areas of my life so I'm seeing this as another lucky omen and perhaps another 3 day 60% rise. And before you suggest, no I didn't make that trade :-) | phil1969
06/4/2016 15:00 | if the ii's want in then they will have to either do a share split or create more shares | crapcrap |
