18/5/2016 09:49 | A 274 trade has gone through. Code for...... :-) | phil1969
17/5/2016 21:55 | I have tried researching on our new companies we have a link with, but I don't get very far.
I'm sure we will have a lot more to do with Mylux and multipay in the future.
Mylux being a new company, is what an investment Co.?
No doubt then they will want to raise capital from the markets if that's the game.
HWC is in a position to do that. | nevik2
17/5/2016 13:42 | Don't all rush at once!! | andrewbatchelor
17/5/2016 13:08 | Not being sarcastic, but is the next news likely to be more directors' loans? | andrewbatchelor
17/5/2016 07:23 | Always the same with shells, its not quite got the pace and thrills of Fx trading!!!
I am sat also in EVRH since last week (spun out of AVP) which may be worth some initial research if you fancy something VR related to see what happens in that space in the coming years, also have over 3% holding in PIRI hoping for an RTO or value from their core asset.
If you guys have any other clean shells that are main or aim listed, trading for peanuts please let me know.
Thanks | scotty666 | |
17/5/2016 07:04 | All a bit quiet these days around here. | nevik2
16/5/2016 15:11 | You might yet see it before the next news Scotty. | yogaboy
04/5/2016 13:36 | Its all speculation and good debate but for me its a hold and wait, something is happening its just a matter of when. If it tickles 14p I will be grabbing a few more. | scotty666
04/5/2016 13:31 | flying might be stretching it a tad.Interesting all the same, I can't think HWC exists for just the purpose of passing on a little money it just borrowed.
I suppose the loan could get converted to shares at some point if some deal is being struck.
Is there any benefit in lending money then converting to shares for either party I am not aware of? | nevik2
04/5/2016 12:36 | yes. we are definitely flying under the radar. | yogaboy
04/5/2016 12:32 | If something big is around the corner wouldn't the trading be a bit more active? | nevik2
04/5/2016 08:13 | I don't think so nevik, there's more to this than meets the eye. They have lent out £89k while borrowing £102k, both on two-year terms. Net effect, another £13k of two-year ongoing funding for HWC. The last £20k was about six weeks' worth, so this covers another four weeks. Lending on the remaining £89k is either "deeply mysterious" or "intriguing" depending on how patient/forgiving/trusting/risk-averse you might be. It's not an investment in Mylux, just a loan. What intrigues me is that the RNS even mentioned Mylux's 48% in Multipay, which is irrelevant to the Mylux loan - but it points towards where this might be going. There's more to come, and I'm patient enough to wait and see. | yogaboy
03/5/2016 14:47 | As it stands HWC is in the banking business, I can't see HWC being part of a reverse takeover if it's lending and borrowing.
Maybe HWC is going to become just that, a money lender? | nevik2
03/5/2016 14:45 | I deliberately avoided saying that. | nextlink
03/5/2016 14:43 | If it's Cyprus then it's Russian money behind it. | nevik2
03/5/2016 12:34 | They have plenty of birds working in these Polish payment booths, if the one in Streatham is anything to go by. Maybe that's their angle!! | andrewbatchelor
03/5/2016 12:31 | Another interesting connection Rutger Kriek is his links with Bank Of Cyprus which on March 31st announced it was seeking a London listing.
Since then they have considered setting up a holding company in Jersey which has now been shelved due to lack of credibility compared to London.
So what was mooted as a full IPO and primary listing in March now looks like one foot in London with a holding company. | phil1969
03/5/2016 12:25 | phil1969 Highway do not hold 8%, they are receiving 8% interest on the loan.
Having said that, as you say it is intriguing.
Will Mylux continue to acquire a raft of high risk, potentially high
reward companies, funded by institutional investors in London.
Those investors funding via Highway, which will continue on life support.
At some point the reversal can then take place.
Proof of this theory would be an ever increasing flow of news. | nextlink
03/5/2016 12:07 | I'm more intrigued by Mylux SPV more than I am Multipay.
Mylux look an interesting vehicle in which high risk investments are being acquired.
Mylux may have bought a 48% share of an up and coming payment service company, but HWC's 8% share of Mylux is the more interesting story.
The two directors running Mylux have an interesting background and connections especially Hans Rutger Krieg (Specialties: Specialised in corporate structuring, involving the use of Cypriot (and Dutch) entities, for international clients, including corporations and high net worth individuals.)
More digging to be done. | phil1969
03/5/2016 11:06 | There has to be more to this than appears in the RNS, because there has to be more to this.
You don't appoint the three new directors for this.
More news to follow, but for the time being I'm scratching my head. | yogaboy
03/5/2016 10:55 | There has to be more to this than we are being told at present, price goes down
Then suddenly buyers appear. | theshareguru
03/5/2016 10:55 | Cheers for the research nextlink, on further investigation it has highlighted something, need to find further info, will post it if it looks worthwhile. | phil1969
03/5/2016 09:16 | Quick Thought – Disappointed and then intrigued.
Believe Maciej Szytko and Dariusz Zych will soon convert their loans into Highway Capital shares.
Mylux Holdings incorporated in Cyprus on 27th November 2014 - info
Hans Rutger Krieg – Provides incorporation and tax advise etc. for Cyprus entities hxxp://www.equationcs.com/EN/index.html
Annh Neapxoy – Appears as Director on 130 Companies – Just making up the numbers?
Secretary – Maxted Limited – Incorporated in Cyprus on 10th September 2012 - info
Renate Petride hxxps://cy.linkedin.com/in/renate-petrides-033a3458
Knows Rutger Krieg (Cyprus is not large and ex pats are fewer)
Dorien Anne-Marie Mulder – Provides Admin Services
Multipay Poland – Quick search, yet to locate any information.
Given modern Software Entity – could grow rapidly with little initial capital.
This is, as most no doubt most agree, not the main event
Negatives – Cyprus connection – only purpose to disguise movement of assets – opaque
Positives – London Main Market Listing, Institution has put in modest amount at 5% with (as it is Cyprus and Highway's only asset is it's Listing) no collateral.
Why bother with London Listing if all is not as it should be.
Conclusion – A further and continual flow of news over the next few months. | nextlink
03/5/2016 07:14 | Will mylux /multipay be getting listed as HWC? I'm not sure it will be. | nevik2
