29/3/2016 08:45 | I'm curious how WNTS are keeping a lid on this. They must have some stock available to them because the relentless buying since last week has resulted in a 50% increase in share price but no sellers have taken up the higher offer. Mm's don't normally go short and buy back at a loss unless they've been caught unawares. | phil1969
29/3/2016 08:37 | Put me down for 1.6% :-)That's another 3.6% tightly held waiting for the BoD to make their first move. I wonder at what level sellers will be inclined to let a few go. I thought PF may have took some profit as he has done before at lower levels before buying back in. If he is holding onto his, I'm sure as hell not letting any of mine go. | phil1969
29/3/2016 08:13 | CC, That's a nice holding you have there. | phil1969
29/3/2016 07:58 | bloody hell, that means i own nearly 2% of this company | crapcrap
29/3/2016 07:41 | Looking how the price has ticked up on just a handful of buys, I'd say the 800,000+100,000 shares traded last week made it into sticky hands and not the MM's supply. With only 261,000 shares representing 3% of the issued shares. An RNS should be issued over the next 3 days giving us a clue who has sold and bought these. | phil1969
29/3/2016 07:16 | Perfect storm as you say and still moving up this am | loobrush
29/3/2016 06:58 | Nothing goes up in a straight line but these shares weren't overbought last week and are still very hard to acquire in volume unless the MM has 800,000 shares to play with. Tree shakes won't necessarily work with HWC because there are too many buyers in the dips and not enough sellers. Very illiquid, micro mcap and news can't be far away, perfect storm. | phil1969
28/3/2016 19:06 | Nice 25% rise last week-looks like just the beginning of a big jump and only about 1.5 MILLION in free float. | loobrush
24/3/2016 17:47 | See my comments on lse Just an idea | theshareguru
24/3/2016 16:45 | So a 1.6 million buy you think? | nevik2
24/3/2016 16:16 | No roll over very strange, we will have to wait for rns to see what's it about All in all the Phoenix is rising. | theshareguru
24/3/2016 15:30 | Was that just a roll over 2 x 800,000? | nevik2
24/3/2016 09:29 | If I thought that was the strategy here I wouldn't of risked a penny in it.It's a risk alright, but I can't think the people onboard started this as a whimsey or because they had nothing else profitable to do. So whatever their detailed strategy is, I'm expecting it to be big thinking for big money. | nevik2
24/3/2016 09:20 | Nev, I like your statement, it applies nicely to most AIM stocks because fleecing shareholders is their only way to raise funds (most of the time)Luckily HWC is main listed and under tighter regulations giving them access to less destructive means of fundraising or borrowing. | phil1969
24/3/2016 09:15 | company strategy, I had to smile a little when I read that. It's not so much a strategy as something to say. I long to see a company strategy statement that says, "we are seeking to hype this up and suck the blood from private investors", not that I think this is the case here, but for many listed Co's that is the strategy. I don't know what else they could of written at this stage. | nevik2
24/3/2016 08:45 | The new board must be getting close announcing their plans for this shell. It's good to see that overnight the significant shareholders haven't made their holding available for sale. At these levels these shareholders are showing a healthy profit so if they're happy to hold, so am I. Can't wait to see what they have planned. At just £1.7m mcap any announcement pointing towards the first investment will be transformational. From HWC website. COMPANY STRATEGYHighway Capital plc is seeking to build portfolio designed to generate income and capital returns for shareholders. | phil1969
24/3/2016 08:41 | i think about half of that 1.7m is owned by the posters here!!!! | crapcrap
24/3/2016 08:34 | I've added today, still only a toe in the water, just shy of 20k in total. | nevik2

23/3/2016 16:23 | A bit of profit taking to be expected, but they will be sorry soon. | loobrush
23/3/2016 16:10 | Didn't take much for it to tick down. And only a £2k to take it back to 31% up on the day, any takers at 20p for a strong finish to the day? | phil1969
23/3/2016 16:04 | No its Fellerman-he was my stockbroker and a very nice and canny chap. | loobrush
23/3/2016 15:50 | Friedman should be Fellowmen. | theshareguru
23/3/2016 15:49 | Get in there could be share split Ord are at 2p and to give it more of a market They could make two shares instead of 1, also there will be a very interesting Change in involvement either by reverse take over of becoming a major backer To a listed company, all in all 20p is miniscule for what it could be in 3 to 6 months time, these guys mean business, the main shareholder has waited along Time for this I have spoken to him a couple of years ago and hopefully he has the Green light from the other major holder, add to it Paul Friedman and bingo we have Lift off.gla | theshareguru |
