31/3/2016 14:27 | Yes it could be to cover legal fees or something to do with a merger I hope you don't regret selling, I am staying invested. All the best. | rick124
31/3/2016 14:23 | rick, mine was larger than that, but small amounts like 20k disturb me. Lost over a grand here in a short period of time, will make it up elsewhere. Hope it goes well for the rest of you. | panic investor
31/3/2016 14:12 | Living up to name lol... is that your £400 sell? | rick124
31/3/2016 14:12 | What is happening I believe is that a director is loaning a small amount to the company to keep paying running costs pending a deal and cash injection by the new directors. As well as that Paul Fellerman has obviously sold part of his stake to someone in a single transaction that appeared a few days ago. What we now need to see is who bought that stake then hopefully a deal. | loobrush
31/3/2016 14:08 | yep 20k - IM OUT ! | panic investor
31/3/2016 13:53 | A loan of 20k lol ! | scotty666
31/3/2016 13:42 | What do you make of the news Phil? Our large shareholder has sold a few and one of the new directors lends the company £20k. | rick124
31/3/2016 13:41 | Why buy at 20 when you can lend to convert at 10? | the macallan
31/3/2016 12:00 | 12% down bit over the top for 2 small sells. | rick124
31/3/2016 08:44 | About time for an RNS on the 2 large share trades | loobrush
31/3/2016 08:29 | Going back to last weeks conspiracy theory when just a few pounds worth of shares changed hands on Tuesday morning and HWC volume and share price went on its little rise, we have another this morning. Another trade of just 230 shares worth only £52.90, A signal? | phil1969
30/3/2016 20:33 | Expect a down day mañana. | huckle9
30/3/2016 12:08 | I can get a quote but not 15k as I could earlier. With only one MM they are having to be very careful to either not get caught with stock if the price drops and the opposite when the price rises. The MM is probably short at the moment but isn't going to take too much stock at 23p because they are probably short below this level. They will be hoping for an opportunity to buy back cheaper. If there is further buying pressure they will just have to cut their losses and take stock at any price but at the moment there's no buying pressure so they are hanging in there for a bit. | phil1969
30/3/2016 11:44 | They can't be that short of stock, you can't get a quote to sell at the moment. | nevik2
30/3/2016 09:53 | 15000 sell but they didn't drop it, hopefully we will get RNS re. The large trades last week. | rick124
30/3/2016 09:13 | 25.07p paid for 4,000 shares when offer quoted at 25.0p and it hasn't ticked up!!Strange one. | phil1969
30/3/2016 07:50 | Nevic, good point but without news HWC aren't really in control of this rise. They will have to announce their plans for this shell to have any positive effect on the price. All 3 new directors have very strong connections in Poland and someone has pointed out on another board that the shell could be used as a quick and easy way of gaining a dual listing on the LSE and the funding options that would give with HWCs main listing status. Dual listing would be more attractive than an RTO as I doubt we'd have to suspend for months and the valuation of the London listing would be reflected by the primary listing in Poland (unless they made the London listing the primary listing) in which case with only 8.7m shares currently in issue and £2m mcap, then London valuation could be many many multiples of current Levels. IMHO | phil1969
30/3/2016 07:41 | I suspect they want a high share price to attract real money to invest in the plan whatever that may be. I doubt clever money invests in penny stocks. | nevik2
29/3/2016 16:05 | tsg. i did'nt think of that!!!! good point | crapcrap
29/3/2016 15:42 | No stock left next buy will take us up again, note one thing the company have not Made an rns re, we have no of no reason why price has gone up, why because they No why.exciting times ahead, highwaymen. | theshareguru
29/3/2016 14:44 | Joined you guys this morning, took a few of trades to get in though, max allowed at any time was 2.5k worth. | panic investor
29/3/2016 10:00 | They will take 15,000 (3 x NMS) at full ask without going to NT so I assume they aren't sitting on a pile of cheap shares they've acquired. Come on Sobo, give us a clue what you guys are planning for this tiddler. :-) | phil1969 |
