As you've seen, it only takes a little trade and you're back at 23/24pIf you think it could drop back to 17p it's worth sitting tight but if you are waiting for just 1p difference, based on what we've seen so far, if there's stock available, take it. I was buying all the way up from 12p when stock became available. I wasn't fussed about the price, I was more bothered if I could get any. Now holding 227,000At this mcap, the current share price is irrelevant if the right deal is struck.

Indeed :DNow holding 45k @20p but wondering whether it's wise to fuss over the difference between 20p and 21p.

Yep that 15k was me doubling down. Small trades move the price very quickly. Need a couple of sells now ;)

Recovering after yesterday, I was hoping to add some next week below 20p but looks like I'll be paying more now.

Mines in an ISA with Selftrade, I'd give them a call and find out why.

I tried to buy some in my isa, it wouldn't let me. Said it was not allowed.

Today's news is very interesting. PF trading a handful of shares was always on the cards. He's a canny investor and he has previously made a few of his shares readily available to MM's when they are running low. He also has a habit of buying his holding back cheaper than he sold out for to take his position back over 10%What I'm more interested in, is the directors loan. The last injection of cash by way of a director loan was back in July 2015 totalling £120,000This has obviously been burned through but at a pretty slow rate of just £15,000 per month. This £20,000 loan is only 6 weeks of cash based on how long the £120k lasted. Are we to assume this £20k is enough to cover admin costs whilst the deal is finalised as it's pretty small sum and timeframe to be loaning. By the end of April we should know what HWC have planned and potentially suspension prior to RTO or a merger with Polish or Romanian cooperation. Anyone buying in at these levels will be glad to get locked in if its an RTO as it will be too late when re-listed. Look at that loan again, £20k!!!! 5-6weeks or just enough to pay legal fees before going into imminent RTO. Hang onto your hats!!

Yes it could be to cover legal fees or something to do with a merger I hope you don't regret selling, I am staying invested. All the best.

rick, mine was larger than that, but small amounts like 20k disturb me. Lost over a grand here in a short period of time, will make it up elsewhere. Hope it goes well for the rest of you.

What is happening I believe is that a director is loaning a small amount to the company to keep paying running costs pending a deal and cash injection by the new directors. As well as that Paul Fellerman has obviously sold part of his stake to someone in a single transaction that appeared a few days ago. What we now need to see is who bought that stake then hopefully a deal.

What do you make of the news Phil? Our large shareholder has sold a few and one of the new directors lends the company £20k.

Why buy at 20 when you can lend to convert at 10?
