Lost over a grand here in a short period of time, will make it up elsewhere.

What is happening I believe is that a director is loaning a small amount to the company to keep paying running costs pending a deal and cash injection by the new directors.

As well as that Paul Fellerman has obviously sold part of his stake to someone in a single transaction that appeared a few days ago.
What we now need to see is who bought that stake
then hopefully a deal.

Going back to last weeks conspiracy theory when just a few pounds worth of shares changed hands on Tuesday morning and HWC volume and share price went on its little rise, we have another this morning. Another trade of just 230 shares worth only £52.90, A signal?

I can get a quote but not 15k as I could earlier. With only one MM they are having to be very careful to either not get caught with stock if the price drops and the opposite when the price rises. The MM is probably short at the moment but isn't going to take too much stock at 23p because they are probably short below this level. They will be hoping for an opportunity to buy back cheaper. If there is further buying pressure they will just have to cut their losses and take stock at any price but at the moment there's no buying pressure so they are hanging in there for a bit.

25.07p paid for 4,000 shares when offer quoted at 25.0p and it hasn't ticked up!!Strange one.

Nevic, good point but without news HWC aren't really in control of this rise. They will have to announce their plans for this shell to have any positive effect on the price. All 3 new directors have very strong connections in Poland and someone has pointed out on another board that the shell could be used as a quick and easy way of gaining a dual listing on the LSE and the funding options that would give with HWCs main listing status. Dual listing would be more attractive than an RTO as I doubt we'd have to suspend for months and the valuation of the London listing would be reflected by the primary listing in Poland (unless they made the London listing the primary listing) in which case with only 8.7m shares currently in issue and £2m mcap, then London valuation could be many many multiples of current Levels. IMHO

I suspect they want a high share price to attract real money to invest in the plan whatever that may be. I doubt clever money invests in penny stocks.

They will take 15,000 (3 x NMS) at full ask without going to NT so I assume they aren't sitting on a pile of cheap shares they've acquired. Come on Sobo, give us a clue what you guys are planning for this tiddler. :-)
