That's actually true Mylands. And depending on the highs and lows (and therefore the pivot point) within each day, then by the close of each day - they change (both resistance and support) - for the following day!

Not at home at the moment so can't assist on your 780p question, but using naked eye, (around just above and below) 700p-ish and 750p-ish, both appear to offer really fierce resistance where the share price could decide it's time for a short holiday. December is nearly always a positive month for GVC though (and the market as a whole too) so all looking good going forward.

Morning all a good close yesterday is most positive,
off topic apologises, I mentioned another of mine ( lam )
lamprell the other month, good rns today if anyone
followed me. I have held them for many years.

Sorry back to gvc, I expect a challenge of 700p
and that would be back above the moving averages.

Creeping up again this morning, good to see.

A question for the chartists amongst us. What are the resistance levels on the way back up to the high we saw of around 780p, a few months ago?

Good to see a recovery in the share price underway now. I assume the record date for the first (?) special divi will be announced pretty sharpish during December? I guess we'll have a trading update too?

gvc 2017 financial year ends then it means divi will be paid in 2018 calendar year , I would like to see next divi in 2017 calendar to keep me liquid.

Couple of nice sized trades going through, 49k and 308k @ 664p. Are those sells or delayed buys?

Yes agree, more like 850p, investors have used the
US election to position themselves, now for the push
through to January. Gold will be the next riser.

The dividend is virtually within touching distance.

Even stick in the mud active's last buy at 626p looks
super.

Altom, do you mean in the U.K.? Fixed odds betting terminals?GVC don't have any 'bricks and mortar' betting shops, there is no exposure on that front.

I rather like how the share price is steadily improving rather than going hell for leather. RSi is balanced, strengthening nicely at near enough midway. Neither close to any extreme of being either oversold or overbought. Nice and easy does it best, as too fast too soon (without a corresponding brill RNS) only brings out the sharks.

Another good day and back to above 660p, although below the best for the day of 666p. Are we seeing the end of the bear raid?

I like to think that quality shines through in the end, and this stock IMO is real quality through and through.

It would be nice if it closes tonight proud of 664p, then that would be another resistance point disposed of - and leave the road open, for up and on to the next.
