08/11/2008 14:02 | The land is not openly advertised and is simply waste ground at present with locals none too pleased. I can only assume that there is a plan been put forward to the bank from that numpty Nelson (could have easily sold this land early 2008!!) and some other director/s is coming on board. Must either be a sale of the company, bust, or a money raising scheme that will completely dilute our holdings. The arshole should get ripped to shreds for his performance on this one. | amorruso
08/11/2008 10:27 | All good questions Will1734........who knows........ | barrywhit
08/11/2008 10:22 | How are they paying the interest on the bank loan? How can they replace the chairman if they ain't got any money to pay him? What is the land doing at the moment,is it for sale or what? | will1734
06/11/2008 19:18 | This should be bust by now and directors imo should be taken to task about their conduct. No communication after the Chairman bailed out on 10th September - more than 8 weeks later - is shocking! | amorruso

24/10/2008 18:17 | I thought George Wimpey had planning permission. I'm sure they may have been interested in the FEI site but since it's apparently not for sale there's not much that can happen. | godolphin
24/10/2008 18:14 | I'm trying to put two and two together here . 1 / George Wimpey are after planning permission and to build a load of houses on a site in Kilsyth . Nobody wants 'em to . 2 / FEI own a site in Kilsyth , with planning permission to build a load of houses , which they ( FEI ) are trying to flog . If , repeat , if , I understand the position correctly , is the solution not to put the two in contact with one another ? | 2trying
24/10/2008 15:56 | 2trying That story above has absolutely nothing to do with the land at Newtown Street and is not linked in any way. To be quite honest the Kilsyth Chronicle will know nothing either (about FEI) but it is still a good idea to contact them anyway as they will put some pressure on the company to bloody announce something. Shareholder communications are the pits. Thanks for the efforts. | amorruso |
