Posted at 29/6/2009 15:13 by godolphin This must be the Amalgam site in Bogside rd? Everything they say must surely apply to the FEI site. |
Posted at 04/5/2009 01:29 by kampy Looks like a tale of 2 possible stories;1) Fei have been well and truly shafted 2) Total reorganisation...new directors new direction possible RTO..... anybody with any info on this one (anybody remember the last late suspension...how long did that take to come back?) |
Posted at 18/4/2009 01:47 by pejaten I am quite surprised that FEI has not appointed administrators. Given that it is clearly insolvent (making me thing why the hell did I get involved in this dog of ahsre in the first place), surely this must mean that plans are afoot to refinance? |
Posted at 11/3/2009 09:33 by will1734 Looks like its over....who is going to fund FEI? certainly cant come from the shareholders...unles |

Posted at 06/12/2008 12:32 by godolphin Amalgam Properties have applied for permission to build 74 flats and 14 townhouses north of bogside road, kilsyth. That's not far away from the FEI site. So people still think it's worth building in the area. |
Posted at 24/10/2008 18:17 by godolphin I thought George Wimpey had planning permission. I'm sure they may have been interested in the FEI site but since it's apparently not for sale there's not much that can happen. |
Posted at 24/10/2008 18:14 by 2trying I'm trying to put two and two together here .1 / George Wimpey are after planning permission and to build a load of houses on a site in Kilsyth . Nobody wants 'em to . 2 / FEI own a site in Kilsyth , with planning permission to build a load of houses , which they ( FEI ) are trying to flog . If , repeat , if , I understand the position correctly , is the solution not to put the two in contact with one another ? |
Posted at 24/10/2008 15:56 by amorruso 2tryingThat story above has absolutely nothing to do with the land at Newtown Street and is not linked in any way. To be quite honest the Kilsyth Chronicle will know nothing either (about FEI) but it is still a good idea to contact them anyway as they will put some pressure on the company to bloody announce something. Shareholder communications are the pits. Thanks for the efforts. |
Posted at 24/10/2008 12:59 by 2trying Cheers Barry - Now the link below has absolutely nothing to do with FEI , But interesting that it was published on the 22nd And Emma contacts me on the 23rd...... |
