I am looking into your concerns and have just contacted Fundamental-e investments to find out what is happening with the site. Have you heard any more about it yourself?

Thanks

Emma

And on that particular note, the company have dragged their feet again with this appointment which is shocking. The company directors (or director) must be guaranteeing the loan for the bank (probably even loaned the company money) to survive in this climate.

FEI has loads of tax liabilities and it should have been really attractive before the directors decideed to fart around via an agent.

The FD didn't leave, Michael Hill is still the FD. Quite an easy job at the moment I would imagine.

seconduser,

If they have moth-balled the company, they should inform the shareholders...

I think that it was put into obeyance a few months ago - by which I mean left to to await better times. When I posted sometime ago about talking to the NOMAD (just before the RNS) he mentioned "warehousing" as an option - which I ignored at the time, but which I now take it he meant put it on the back burner (the company) until they know what to do with it. I took the FD leaving as part of this - reduce costs to the minimum until they know what they are doing.
Just my thoughts. I have it "warehoused" as well. If something turns up all well and good, if not then no point worrying over spilt milk.

£20k to £100 surely you would have been better off just leaving it just in case something does actually happen which is still possible whilst they hold the land.
